Roundhill Farmhouse

Stayed on a Monday night. Greeted with warmth and shown our room, facilities and where to go for breakfast. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and amazing breakfast (pastries, homemade bread, eggs, cold meats, coffee, juice). Really comfortable bed (room 2) - plenty of room, tea and coffee facilities in room. Free parking A short walk to the bath soft cheese co (we walked for coffee and cake). A short drive into bath (10/12 minutes). Uber available. Would highly recommend.

We had such a great stay at Roundhill Farmhouse! Gorgeous location and property which is beautifully decorated, homely and comfortable! Very friendly hosts and an absolutely fantastic breakfast spread!! Thank you very much Roundhill Farmhouse. We’ll be recommending to friends and fam! :-)

I had a really great experience. First of all, the location is very good: you're a very short bus journey away from Bath city centre, but it's also secluded enough to have very pleasant rural areas to walk around right next to the Farmhouse. The room was excellent, with a picturesque view from the window and a very comfortable bed. The hostess was very kind. Last but certainly not least, the breakfast was brilliant, with a wide range of very fresh and delicious food (e.g. selection of good cheeses, fruits, jams, bread, ham, good coffee and tea...I'm sure I'm forgetting other things too) and there was a very nice relaxing atmosphere at the breakfast table in a house which is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. We stayed during the May bank holiday weekend, and while our whole trip to Bath was very enjoyable, I feel it would not have been the same quality of experience had we had not stayed in this farmhouse. I really cannot recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic hosts and rooms . Extremely comfortable. Best B&B in Bath area . Next to the best pub in the South West . Old Crown Inn Kelston. Everything you need . Safe and secure . Parking easy , no noise . Immaculately clean .

Lovely place to stay, not far from Bath city centre and a nice pub just down the road where you can have lunch or dinner. The owners are very welcoming, The room we had was amazing, nice continental breakfast, really enjoyed our stay

Really nice farmhouse, tastefully decorated in a slightly over-the-top shabby chic style. Arrival was not perfect and the private bathroom not en-suite, but the continental breakfast made up for it: fresh fruit, eggs, croissants, warm bread, yoghurt, and some very good cheeses and meats.

Lovely stay for a function at nearby Roundhill Barn. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Beautiful, spacious room with great decor throughout. Highly recommended!

It was difficult to find not easily sign posted but room was lovely . Would of preferred a full English breakfast . Beautiful home would recommend

We wanted to stay somewhere nearby to Bath for a wedding, but that didn't require an expensive and long taxi ride. Kelston was perfect for just two nights and allowed us to enjoy the local area and city of Bath. Nearby was nice and had some unique veggie options. Well priced when compared to similarly priced hotel in Bath. You get a better location, nicer room, lovely breakfast and great hosts that the equivalent air bnb / holiday inn. Has a bus run nearby and is a short drive to one of the bath park and rides.
