The place has an old-school style that is so very charming. There’s a bit of wear and tear, but it doesn’t feel dirty or run down at all, just adds to the classic charm of the place. We had the Executive Room with Garden View and it was just lovely! I felt like a princess. The lounge and gardens are also beautiful and fun to take a look at. Just a heads up, if you’re going into the city centre by foot, it’s best to walk down to the centre, bu take a bus up to the hotel. The walk is very uphill. Definitely give this place a try!"

"Dukes is a beautiful small hotel, very stylishly decorated. We had a four poster room and loved it. A huge bedroom with a seating area. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a walkin shower and a bath. All very beautifully finished. It's in Great Pulteney Street but very quiet. We had the windows open at night and hardly any noise. And just a 5 min walk and you're at Bath Abbey. Good breakfast menu and a bar with an outside terrace to relax with a cocktail. Staff were all very polite and friendly. We highly recommend staying here."

If you don’t understand English, please don’t come. Most of the employees look like college students who work part-time and cannot solve the problem alone. question. The restaurant and bar are good, the room is very big, you need to take the stairs to the first floor, and the bathroom is half a floor up. The swimming pool is small and there are many people. There is a sauna, but it was useless because the temperature was 30 degrees on the day of arrival. Charging the tram is also very funny. It took a long time to fully charge it."
