Hotel was clean and tidy. But was expensive. I stayed in better for a cheaper price. Breakfast cooked to order, but is small.

Easy to book. Warm welcome on arrival. Lovely building and very spacious room with comfortable bed overlooking the garden . Good breakfasts. Excellent location for the city and attractions - about 15 to 20 minute walk, so we didn’t need to use the car. Will use again if we visit Bath.

I booked this break (my husband chose this b&b), for his birthday.. I can’t fault it one bit.. Our room, bed, cleanliness, amazing.. I’m a vegan and they did me an amazing breakfast, the staff were so lovely and caring. We absolutely loved the break.. thank you to the staff - hopefully you read this

So pleased we chose to stay here during our recent trip to Bath. It was a big plus to have parking available. The hotel is in a lovely setting, our room was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice Good location, highly recommend.

Esperienza bellissima: personale gentilissimo, la stanza pulita ed accogliente, curata in ogni minimo particolare. La colazione si ordina la sera prima e viene cucinata sul momento, uno spettacolo. Esiste comunque un ricco buffet. Posto macchina compreso nel prezzo

The good - comfortable bed, clean room and large bathroom with great shower. Otherwise, Room decor boring. No kleenex tissue. Toilet paper holder broken. Sink slow to drain. Breakfast fine but don’t order the waffle. Chocolate chip cookies were good. Absolutely no one to greet us, no amenities during the day, no snacks or wine or tea. Limited parking. Disappointed.
