lucalucaThe hotel's logo is unclear, the exterior photos are inconsistent with the ones listed online, and it is difficult to find it by car. The booked room was completely different from the one introduced on xc, and was smaller in size. You have to send an email before checking in. It will be troublesome if you don't check in at the specified time. The location of the hotel is pretty good, about 16 minutes' walk from the scenic spot. The interior decoration of the room is very elegant, and the breakfast has many varieties and is delicious.

Lovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.
