Fabulous hotel wonderful staff and great food breakfast was lovely very generous and a very good choice on the menu the service is exceptional and the spa is perfect for needs definitely would return here without hesitation 10 out of 10

This trip was to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The hotel staff were very friendly, and we stayed in a deluxe double room. The room was large and the facilities were very clean. The hotel toiletries were all L’occitane.
The hotel basement has an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Although there are only dry and wet sauna options, it wasn't crowded. The aromatherapy in the wet sauna was also L’occitane.
Although the hotel is a 5-star hotel, its country villa-style decor gives it a slightly retro feel. There's a large garden outside, which would probably be even more beautiful in May.
The breakfast was delicious, and the tea and milk provided in the room were also very good. The only downside to the hotel was that there was no vanity in the room.
The Royal Crescent is a 15-minute walk away, and the city center is a 30-minute walk from the hotel. If you don't mind walking uphill, you can start from the hotel and enjoy the scenery along the way.
Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this hotel is a good choice.
