I booked this hotel temporarily but it turned out to be good in every aspect. It is cost-effective. Free parking, the hotel front desk is also very good, the room is quite big, clean, and the soundproofing is OK. If I come here again, I will choose this hotel. There is also a microwave to heat up food, which is considerate. It is rare to give 5⭐

Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Downtown at Capitol Park would be a strong choice for a stay in Sacramento, especially if you want more space and the convenience of an extended-stay setup. Its location is excellent, right by Capitol Park and close to the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, Midtown restaurants, shopping, and downtown attractions. The suites are practical and comfortable, with full kitchens, work space, free Wi-Fi, and a layout that works well for business travelers, families, or longer visits. Added perks like complimentary hot breakfast, an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, and the on-site Juju Kitchen & Cocktails make the stay feel easy and self-contained. It may not feel like a luxury boutique hotel, but for comfort, location, and value in downtown Sacramento, it is a very reliable option.

The room had a strong smell that we had to crack the window and turn on the air for the smell to go away, the place is old, so for the price of $130 a night is ok right? Well.. So I booked this room using trip.com app and because of that the front desk girl required me to pay $250 as a security deposit.. if not I had to leave, so if you add it up, to stay a night at this place in a so so room, I had to charge $129+$250 security deposit +10 parking = so after $390 I could have a night of sleep. I just hope I can get my deposit back as soon as possible. They said 5 to 7 days. So just you know before you go!

The experience is okay, the breakfast is very rich, there is a laundry room on the innermost floor of the first floor, the front desk staff are very friendly, and there is also a small supermarket in the hotel where you can buy some water and other things. The room is small but adequate. There is a shuttle, but I don't want to wait. I just got off the plane and took a taxi. It's a 5-minute journey away. When I leave, I reserve a good time to take the hotel's shuttle. I wish all friends who go out to have a good mood and great wealth!

The experience was phenomenal. Everything was perfect. Ice machine didn’t work but that wasn’t a problem because of the fridge keeping drinks cool. The laundry washers worked so well. The Jacuzzi was perfect. I really enjoyed staying at this place and I wish they let me stay another night. I reserved a king room but some reason arrived to a downgrade and a discount room. They saved me some money. Well appreciated.

A Cool place to stay and good experience but nothing in my room worked. The outlets and usb did not work and could not plug my phone in. The tv was not clear and fuzzy. The hotel phone in the room did not work. The room did not have a blanket. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. The girl who checked us in was not not helpful and didn’t know about the hotel. She also told us to come back for ice then said she was the only one there and could not get it and told us to walk to the bar. The guy at the bar didn’t seem happy to leave the bar to get the ice. The food was good and the dinning staff was amazing.

Brand new hotel with clean, spacious suites. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

It seems to be a hotel in China in the early 1990s. Although the room maintenance is OK, the whole looks very old. The USB charging port at the bedside is also broken. The air conditioner in the room is impossible to turn on when sleeping, and the sound is too loud. Hotel breakfast is the cafe in the lobby, no buffet. It is a well-regulated hotel.

It was a really nice place with very friendly people, the room itself looked great especially for the price, however the cleanliness wasn’t the best, the bathroom was still dirty and we noticed the sheets had a pink stain
