GGuest UserThis was a very last minute booking as the original place we’d booked was horrific.
Given my experience I was reluctant about booking another place, but I need not have worried.
Obviously the decor won’t be to everyone’s taste and it was a little dated, but the place was very clean, the beds super comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
We didn’t have breakfast, as the bed was too comfortable I didn’t want to get up.
If I was to return to Blackpool I’d certainly think about staying here again as it was great value for money.

Negatives - 1) room (single with double bed) too small.
2) bar staff (gent) too cocky let the team down
3) no comeback when they checked my room out for cigarette smoke (from designated outside smoking area).
Positives -1) entertainment 1st class 2) all staff have obviously been well trained on how to respect customers. 3) very friendly holiday makers hotel 4) location

GGuest Useromg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

GGuest UserWe was in a disability room there was only 2 plug sockets furniture had to be rearranged so I plug my cpac machine in was told by 2 staff members I could have an extention but wasn't given one and had to ask twice for a shower chair as there was anywhere to sit if you can't stand to have a shower noisy at night from surrounding clubs till about 3am not there fault they do have double glazing and thick curtains staff was friendly it was clean

MMelanie HansonThis is a absolutely fantastic place to stay. It’s nearby everything. The staff were amazing and it felt like we’d known them for years, in particular Bobby. The bed was super comfy. There were very clean linen and lovely toiletries. The bar was reasonably priced and the “snack” menu was enough for a whole meal

GGuest UserClean, tidy, and COMPACT accommodation. Used as a base going out during the day and eating breakfast and evening meals at local venues.
The location was excellent for walking to the Blackpool Tower and along the promenade.
The onsite staff were available, cheerful, and helpful.
Amenities were adequate. The en-suite included a GOOD shower, but it was NOT spacious. The fridge in the room was very useful for fruit etc. Kettle in the room for tea or coffee.
Iron and ironing board available on the premises.
Note that parking, one space at the side of the property, was an extra charge per night, otherwise parking on the street, or at locally managed car parks at various rates.

GGuest UserDecent hotel for the price. Isn't the cleanest hotel but sort of acceptable. Would recommend to those looking for a cheap stay but if you have a little extra budget then better off spending the little extra for something better. Was allowed to check out later than usual which was very beneficial to get a little extra sleep in after enjoying the night out.
