Excellent hosts with very proactive and clear communication. The apartment was in a nice neighborhood in Medellin with nearby restaurants and supermarket and was very comfortable. We liked the kitchen and washing machine, and that the room always smelled fresh and nice and would stay again!
The only slight downside is there’s window vents that do not seem to close which makes the room louder when there’s street noise and also unfortunately lets in mosquitos

The location is excellent, exactly in the middle of everything, walk distance to get the metro, many restaurants near by, 10 minutes walking to Provenza, easy to get to a a big super market where you can find all you need including clothes from Colombian brands.
They are very good to help you with everything you required. We got a tour with them to Guatapé as they suggest and was a really good experience.
The staff is so friendly and helpful, we didn’t have a metro card and they borrow us to used for all the time that we were in the hotel. They explained us where to go, timings, etc. in the place they have an easy metro map on the wall, that you can just see all the spots to visit in Medellin.
The place is very clean.
I’m very happy and for sure we will be back there when we come to Medellin again.

Checkin process was not smooth with no direct contact. The info of a 24h desk here in trip.com is incorrect, all information will be shared via email / whatsapp. The security guard on shift was very helpful though to check us in. But without being familiar with the processes this took well over 30min. Location and apartment itself great and in close proximity to bars, restaurants and more. All bathrooms clean and showers hot with good water pressure.

jiticiOverall a great hotel, but one drawback is that there is no electric kettle
The room actually comes with a small kitchen with a sink and microwave, but it's of little use to me.
Shopping malls and supermarkets around are very convenient
However, the hotel entrance is in a shopping mall and is easy to miss. The driver I booked to pick up the airport couldn't find the entrance.

Good hotel with some downsides.
+ Location is amazing
+ Hotel is pretty
+ Staff super friendly
+ Small hotel (~max 10 rooms)
+/- good but small breakfast
- Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much)
- To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel
- Some rooms don’t have proper windows

I don’t understand why the hotel charges a 8000 pesos fee per person per night with the excuse it’s a hotel insurance and everyone is supposed to pay, I stayed in various hoteles in Medellin and this never happened. The location is good and the room was good too, the windows are a bit small and so it feels hot inside, the air conditioner did help but we were hoping to have more fresh air

A wonderful clean hotel in a good safe area, a bunch of restaurants nearby, and in a pedestrian access all entertainment. Thank you separately for a nice breakfast and a very delicious coffee. The guys have always been welcome and cute.

MileKruminaThis is a budget hotel that is in a premium location. I think it feels more like a hostel as the rooms are super basic but with enough privacy and cable tv. There are a ton of restaurants and clubs next to the hotel. The room I got wasn’t loud but the guests were quite loud as some of the rooms have multiple beds. There is always free coffee and free parking which makes this hotel really worth it. It also has an elevator. Overall it was a good stay.

It was cheap so I guess it adds up, it is in an interesting part of town although it didn't seem overtly dangerous i wouldn't want to be walking around late at night. The lady at front desk didn't speak any English which isn't a big concern but she was very short and rude well checking in. The room is small and you can hear everything, the blanket was tiny but otherwise for the price its not a bad deal.
