El hotel es lindo ya cogedor, la ubicación es ideal si lo que se busca es estar en el corazón de la fiesta y muchos turistas... La atención tanto del bar y restaurante fue muy buena, en especial Danna la chica de recepción fue muy amable y siempre atenta a mis preguntas, se nota la buena capacitación a su personal. En general un lugar al que volveré.

Le personnel est très serviable souriant et gentil. L’hôtel est simple et moderne, propre et proche du centre del Poblado. Le seul hic ce sont les isolations entre les chambres et les plafonds qui sont en tole métallique et du coup on entend tout. Ensuite il y a aussi l’éducation des gens car la zone étant populaire ils rentrent éméchés et s’en foutent de ceux qui sont au lit.

We had a great stay at the Somos Beats hotel. The front desk staff was absolutely lovely - very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The included breakfast was delicious [and they were accommodating to vegetarians]... It was the first hotel-included breakfast I've had that was made-to-order. The rooftop was a great place to watch sunset and have nice cocktails.
One thing I'll call out: the noise didn't bother us at all [we live in NYC, so we're used to it]. That said, if you're a very light sleeper, Poblado in general is not a great place for you to stay on a Saturday night. It's NOT the hotel or even the rooftop's fault - it's just a very loud, fun, party-focused area. To the hotel's credit, they provided ear plugs for us [which we didn't need].
Great stay, I'd definitely stay at Somos Beats again!

Increible atencion de Franklin en la recepcion del hotel. Muy buena atencion al detalle y la atencion al huesped fue genial. Realmente fue un detalle q mejoro nuestro hospedaje y es importante mencionar eso. El desayuno muy bueno. Pienso regresar seguro.
