phil libSuper disappointed
In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY.
COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED
VERY UNUSUAL MANAGEMENT STYLE.
NICE HOTEL
AVOI TRY RADIOSSION 3400 FT AWAY
PHOTOS
After that slept with a chair behind the door
And cear view of bed from mini bar

I recently stayed in this hotel and overall had a good experience, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning.
The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
However, I did run into some problems during my stay. The hot water was inconsistent, which made showers uncomfortable at times. In addition, housekeeping was not up to standard, as the room was not properly cleaned or tidied during my stay.
Overall, it was an okay experience with some positives, but the issues with hot water and room cleanliness definitely affected the comfort level. With a bit more attention to maintenance and housekeeping, this hotel could be much better.

Guest UserA beautiful new hotel in El Poblado. A short taxi from the madness that is Provenza. The 3rd floor is fantastic with the hydrotherapy pool and the infrared sauna. There is also a listening room and yoga room.
The staff were so attentive and genuinely warm. The quality of the grab and go non alcoholic and alcohol drinks was high.
Coffee amazing.
They've nailed it with the breakfast option. No fear of cold scrambled eggs or overeating at a breakfast buffet.
I enjoyed both the shakshuka and the benny.
I had my laundry done as well and they said it was be ready by the next day but it was done the same day.
Definitely stay here!!

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great!
The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess.
The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways.
Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

Behind the hotel is a large shopping mall. The hotel goes left and goes to the end. It is a small park. There are many families playing with children and pets on weekends. It is a very warm scene. Along the path of this park, you can reach the shopping mall in a few minutes.
There is a small supermarket next to the hotel, there are hot dogs and beef burgers that sell freshly made, which tastes good, plus a bottle of Coca-Cola, delicious!
It should be noted that the room on the first floor is a bit cold at night and the quilt is a bit thin. Friends who are afraid of the cold are best to ask for an extra quilt.

For the most part I enjoyed my here. It was safe, convenient, and clean. I got breakfast everyday which consisted of eggs , toast and fruit. It’s close to many clubs, bars and restaurants. The bar/ restaurant on the roof is actually REALLY good. I stayed on the 7th floor and didn’t have any issues with noise because I stayed during the weekday. If it’s a weekend trip, the noise could be a huge problem. Also note this is an anti s*x tourism hotel so bringing unregistered guest is prohibited

The service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.

[Pros]
This hotel has a gym, sauna, and outdoor pool. All are freely available to guests, and they were always well-cleaned and in working order.
The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating in English when I checked in or had any questions.
[Cons]
Amenities like toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and razors were not provided in the rooms. Only soap, shampoo, and shower gel were provided.
The Wi-Fi in the rooms was unstable at times, causing interruptions when watching videos. However, it worked fine near the front desk.
