FFengchuiyixiaThe room is quite spacious, and you can directly access the mall from the second floor, which is convenient for dining and shopping. Located on a hill, the views are also great. It's in a wealthy and relatively safe area of Medellin.

GGuest UserVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

GGuest UserFirstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great!
The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess.
The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways.
Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

BBidayandoIt is a new hotel ( supposedly 5 stars), but... Basic things like bathroom light, which is a very modern command (the lights are all with a command that varies intensity etc... but many have already deleted the letters that indicate their function) are not working.
We changed our room.. in this room the opening of a top box did not work ( completely necessary because we travel for a long time and we have baggage 🧳🧳)
We had breakfast included but because of the different tours we could only have breakfast on the first day.. and they told us they didn't prepare to take. If we added there was no refrigerator, nor to prepare coffee or tea in the room.. very disappointing
I had to ask for a shower kit as it is rain ...(They seemed rare 🤦🏼) also a glass 🥛 I asked for the bath and .... never arrived
There are no windows to ventilate.. from the hall comes a lot of food to the entrance of the room and there is noise for the nights of the bars next to and from the road.
I think they have to improve much customer care and provide minimum services for a category not already 5 but even 3 stars.. ( the strong boxes told us they were not yet in operation.
The room did not make it to us.. one day, not the reason
I would never recommend it
The only good bed that was very comfortable.

Rooms were quite noisy but aircon was good as was the Wi-Fi.
Breakfast wasn’t very nice. We didn’t even go for the inclusive breakfast after day one and if you knew my husband, you would be shocked!

DDarrell PanneflekThe location of the hotel is perfect. There are 2 malls, a pharmacy, a starbucks, a restaurant on a walking distance, so a lot to do. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.
