The staff were terrific. The location is A . The Hotel is tucked away but close enough to walk to great food and bars. However, the room quality was not worth the ratings. Perhaps they put us in a bad room B2, but the beds were so firm that I woke up with numb arms and shoulders. The Wifi was terrible. It would kick me off randomly throughout the entire stay. Lastly, the hot water in the showers took ten-plus minutes to get warm. Growing up in a desert I couldn't stomach wasting so much water. Beds, Wifi, and warm water are too important to rank this a four-star. Everything else met that ranking.

Was very good, is clean, beautiful green areas, room need more things like a coffee maker, tissues , face towels, cups and glasses and ice buckets. Beds are comfortable, excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast is included. Thank you for everything.

En general, todo muy bien... la recepción súper atenta, tuvimos early-check-in, que para una estadía de 1 día fue sumamente conveniente.
Habitaciones cómodas, amplias, bien iluminadas.
El único reparo es que en el área de trabajo (escritorio) no había ni un solo tomacorriente.

El hotel es super bonito, las habitaciones estan super limpias y el personal es muy amable. La ubicación hace que sea tranquilo pero está alejado de la zona de provenza y toca dar un paseo cuesta abajo que luego hay que subir… el restaurante tiene una carta a buen precio pero la comida no es muy buena. El desayuno está muy bien.

The Lettera was truly a great place to stay. It’s close enough to all the food places and nightclubs but yet quiet enough where none of that will be a burden.
The staff is truly top notch, any and all requests were complied with and they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
The restaurant inside the hotel is truly amazing as wel. The food was superb! Should I return to Medellin I’ll be staying at Lettera again.
