This is simply the most beautiful, quaint period B&B. Staying here is the most authentic period Bath experience, and enriches your stay in Bath by immersing you in the era, the feel and the beautiful Bath stone Georgian architecture. As soon as you enter this Bath townhouse with it's grand front entrance, stone floors and incredibly high ceilings, stone stair case & period decor in every bedroom you feel transported back to an era of Bath where ladies lived in Crinoline dresses and men top-hats & tails. This B&B looks out over Sydney gardens and the Holburne Museum and in the back the most beautiful stone herb garden & church so rooms always have a magical outlook no matter which side of the house you stay in. The drawing room is grand and elegant and the breakfast Orangery quaint and cosy. This B&B is perfectly situated for the City Centre and also riverside walks and is in the prettiest period part of town without the need to scale a hill or walk to far to access Pulteney Bridge or the Abbey which you can gear from the garden. I have stayed here several times and never been disappointed. This B&B is great value and the hosts are nothing but super friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the B&B was well situated within easy walking distance of the centre. The hosts were so hospitable and made a lovely breakfast. We shall definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my sister from 24th-27th Sept for a Bath City break. Beautiful rooms. Lovely friendly hosts, who are helpful and ensured our stay was just perfect. Amazing breakfasts. Centrally located so the car just stayed parked for the duration of our visit. Recommend doing the hop on/hop off bus tour and visit the Roman Baths. Also dinner at Brown's brasserie.

Had an extremely comfortable 4 night stay at this small but perfectly formed B&B. There are only a few bedrooms but they are beautifully appointed (we were the only guests one night and I was allowed to have a scooby at the others). The position is ideal for those happy to walk a few minutes (all on the flat) to the central sites and the canal, Sydney Gardens and Holbourne Museum are right on the door step. Our hosts were terrific, ready with great advice but not overbearing and we were greeted most mornings by a very superior moggy. Breakfast was delicious and is served in the pretty conservatory or grand dining room depending on numbers staying. There is no lift or tv - plus points for us but you should be aware if mobility and 24-hr entertainment is a concern - the wifi was excellent. I would not now stay anywhere else in Bath!

If you want to step back in time and re live Georgian history, then 95 Sydney Place is the only deluxe B&B in Bath to stay. The hosts, Kuba and Ola are an absolute guests dream, they simply could not do more for you if they tried. Professional, knowledgable and most importantly, generous and kind with their time. The rooms are spacious and unique and the views are incredible. No tv but they never had tv’s back in the 1700’s and the bathrooms are functional and very clean. Breakfast in the Drawing Room is a treat as the architecture is something to behold. Breakfast is pretty good as well. We as a family can’t wait to return. Finn Jones and the Ridley Family

Pleasant welcome, clean, peaceful and spacious. Large rooms with views and communal lounge area. Note there's no TV in the room but there is one available in the lounge. Breakfast is served in the conservatory and there is a garden. Limited parking at the rear.

We've just returned from a 2 night stay here. Ola and her husband were very welcoming and able to advise us of good places to eat and drink plus breakfast in the morning was also good with a nice choice. Our room was lovely and even though our door couldn't be locked when we went out we were offered a safe place to leave our valuables if we wanted to but as the front door is kept locked at all times we didn't feel the need for this. The house was amazing and you feel in some of the rooms that you've just stepped back in time. The house is about 15 minutes walking distance from Pulteney Bridge so very central and also had parking . Would definitely stay here again.
