The hotel was very nice with all the amenities available. It’s just less than 10 mins walking from the town center. Parking slots are also available. The breakfast was amazing.

An excellent small hotel with off street parking, very near the centre of Bath. Toni the landlord was brilliant greeting us on arrival with lots of information and a local map. The room was clean and warm exactly like the pictures and we loved the fresh cake provided every day. Breakfast choice is great with quality hot food cooked fresh. Highly recommended.

Chestnuts House have ruined other B&Bs for us by being the best we’ve ever stayed in & setting the bar incredibly high. From the outset, we were treated politely & proficiently. The room was excellent. Lots of plug points, tastefully decorated, excellent shower, tea/coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast? Worth the room price on its own. So much choice with a sublime cooked breakfast too. The host was wonderfully knowledgeable. The location is absolutely perfect for a stroll into the city centre yet far enough out to be a peaceful restful nights rest. Highly recommended- would stay again. This is how to do B&B.

A delightful experience! Stayed at This beautiful B and B for 3 days. It was charming. clean, handsomely decorated and comfortable. Each room was very well appointed and bedding was outstanding. All en-suite modern baths. Tony was a gracious and helpful host. We especially loved the daily pastries left in our room to enjoy with tea and fresh milk provided in our rooms. Breakfasts were made to order and fabulous- especially enjoyed the eggs Benedict and hot cross buns! The inn is very well located ( 5 min walk) to downtown and a beautiful park. 500 yds away. It was a pleasure to spend time at Chestnuts in Bath ! A true treasure!

This is a beautifully presented b&b within an easy walk of the centre of Bath together with free parking. The top quality accommodation has soon lovely extra thoughtful touches. Toni the host is both friendly professional and produces quite superb quality food. All in all highly recommended.

Everything about this b an b is 5 star, from the initial greeting from Toni, to the time we said goodbye everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean everywhere, large room with two chairs, a fridge, plenty of heating and hot water, air con if needed and a lovely cosy bed. A great choice for breakfast and parking on site, what more could anyone want.

My daughter and I stayed for one night and I can honestly say that I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. The little extras make all the difference: Freshly made cake left in your room Fresh milk in the fridge Biscuits and chocolate Breakfast that you can order from a menu But, what makes this hotel perfect is an exceptional host- thank you Toni.

Just returned from a long weekend, and our stay was superb. The room was clean, beautifully furnished, lovely bathroom and comfortable. The two ladies who looked after us at breakfast were great. The breakfast was second to none. My wife had the omelette on one morning, which was the best she has ever had. The location was perfect with an easy 8 minute stroll into the centre of Bath Had a lovely time, Bath was great and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you.
