The hotel service is excellent. The style, humor and thoughtfulness of Ron, an old gentleman at the front desk, are impressive. The breakfast reception staff are warm and capable, and the SEN waiters are arranged, which reflects the charm of the city of BATH. The only shortcoming of the hotel is that the ventilation of the bathroom is not thorough enough. After taking a shower, the whole room is full of water vapor.

Second stay but didn’t find the room as good as the last visit. Not topped up with toiletries and bath seal could have done with replacing. Breakfast which is usually good was poor at apparently the quiet time with supplies running low.
