The bedroom was beautifully designed and had everything you needed. The beds and pillows were excellent. The welcome was warm, and the breakfasts were excellent. The only negative was the distance from the city centre but taxis were easy to book. The car park is a little tight, but we got plenty of practice manoeuvring around!

Fabulous period property beautifully decorated - our room was small so pay for a bigger room but very comfortable beds and view over Bath - fabulous well cooked breakfast and short walk into Bath - we got a cab at night. Highly recommended B&B

Best B and B I have stayed in for comfort, value for money and being able to get a good sleep. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and my room on the top floor was very quiet. The bed was perfect and eveyrthing was clean and well presented. Our welcome was excellent and staff were able to recommend the best things to see and do in Bath. Convenient location as long as you don't mind the 10 min walk into town (although I wouldn't have wanted to do that walk on my own after dark). On the whole I highly recommend Gray's B and B if you want a quiet place to stay that feels like home.

Have just spent 2 nights at the Grays B&B, and it did not disappoint!! Hotel very nicely presented, and has a few nice touches in the very clean rooms, such as Kit Kats with the tea and coffee facilities. There is no bar, however glasses and ice available should you wish to take your own, and there is a nice seating area in the garden. Breakfast choices and presentation very good. The staff were also excellent, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay if travelling to Bath. Top tip room 1 is a large ground floor room. Rooms at the top have eves, but are still very nice.

A quick one night stay in this lovely hotel was bliss. Our room (8) was beautifully decorated and styled, clean fresh smelling and comfortable which was lovely to come back to after a busy day walked around Bath. Great shower and a nice clean bathrobe to use after was welcome. The staff we saw on arrival snd breakfast were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and you could choose what you wanted which is freshly made. If you’re staying in Bath book here! Free parking.

I would recommend grays hotel Rooms excellent service great food excellent staff nothing to much very helpful parking great 15 minutes from Bath Town centre plenty of local amenities and transport to and from the town ie national trust places ect

A beautiful B&B with an eye for detail. Very clean and tastefully decorated.
Great breakfast, very efficient service and the variety of cooked breakfast was fantastic.
The bed and pillows are a good quality but were a little softer than the average you tend to find.
Parking can be tricky as some spots are not really suitable for a longer car.
