The environment is very good. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and very convenient. However, the sound insulation is not good. There are creaking noises. You can hear the creaking noises of people upstairs. The hygiene is OK. The decoration is very beautiful and everything is very complete.

Very beautiful room in style, size and accessories.
The only problem is the stairs to get to the rooms, it is important to know if you are unable or have large suitcases.
20 minute walk from Bath station. 18 minutes by bus and on foot.
Overall I recommend it without hesitation.

I will definitely stay here again
A really nice place to stay in Bath. It's a great location between the Royal Crescent and The Circus. The room was spacious with a sofa and table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable and the welcome was friendly. I really liked the Sash windows. I will definitely stay here again. The only downsides are the shower isn't very powerful, the towels could be thicker and the lounge with fireplace and honesty bar is permanently shut. Which I would have liked to have used . Maybe take the lounge facilities off your website? But it's still a really nice place to stay.

Immaculate guesthouse in excellent location
Excellent location to go shopping, sight seeing or visiting theatre. The guesthouse room was immaculate and had all the essentials to ensure the comfort of our stay. A friendly greeting on our arrival, would recommend to future visitors to Bath that are requiring somewhere to stay.

Short stay in Bath, perfect location
Perfect location and comfortable beds. A good sized room where the 4 of us did not feel cramped. A 2 minute walk to The Crescent and it's park and about the same for The Assembly Rooms. It's about 20 minutes walk to the Roman Baths and Pump Room. We were cramming Bath in 1 day, and this location was perfect for us.

Nice independant guest house close to the city.
The room was well furnished and clean. Getting access to keys was easy. The bed was comfortable and coffee making facilities were in the room. Wpuld definitely book here again. Fantatic location close to the Victoria Park, Royal Crecent and City Centre.
The information file in the room is also useful to vistors to Bath. Lots of tourist tips as well as recomedations for places to eat.
