Small luxury hotel I feel relieved to see that it is SLH, but it is unusually understaffed. From check-in to dining in the restaurant, you have to wait, wait, wait. If you don’t understand English, please don’t come. Most of the employees look like college students who work part-time and cannot solve the problem alone. question.
The restaurant and bar are good, the room is very big, you need to take the stairs to the first floor, and the bathroom is half a floor up. The swimming pool is small and there are many people. There is a sauna, but it was useless because the temperature was 30 degrees on the day of arrival.
Charging the tram is also very funny. It took a long time to fully charge it.

I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

A great break once again.. From arrival to departure the quality and service from all the staff was great. Homewood is a wonderful place to recharge the batteries but also close enough to other attractions in the surrounding area. Will hopefully return again .

This is the third time I've stayed at the hotel as it is exceptional. The staff are so friendly and all made a fuss of my dogs. The breakfast is served in an exquisite room & is of superb quality, as is the evening meal. We also enjoyed lunch of the lovely terrace & time by the pool & in the hydrotherapy pool. It seems they are continually improving the experience - a new pool due this summer, an agility area for the dogs & a kitchen garden to provide fresh produce for the delicious meals developed since my last visit. Thank you.
