The spa is perfect , location is in the center of the city, close to the grocery store railway station

Had high expectations of my stay and it was completely fulfilled and I was impressed. Overall welcome and ambience was just right being professional and sincere. Our bed room, junior suite after upgrading with extra fee, was reasonably sized although the bathroom with the layout of the door made it difficult and slightly dangerous to enter / close behind guest. The spa village was busy but understandable; it felt clean and very updated overall so there was less of a concern on hygiene which is understood can be difficult to maintain standards. The breakfast room, choices and service was fine as expected so it’s worth signing up for. Although by day 2, it was hard fo imagine having another breakfast so possibly having breakfast for one day as an option would be good. Would have liked to have body lotion in bathroom as I had to rely on the one available in the spa village… and with 2 nights stay, toiletries were not replenished … Always a nice welcome when soft drinks / mini bar is complimentary ; although it doesn’t cost a lot to fill a fridge but small gestures like these make guests feel more welcomed Thanks for a great stay; would like to take my 80 year old mum here sometime in future as she would enjoy it tremendously !!

The most convenient hotel in Bath. The conditions are good. Not far downstairs is the Bath Baths and Church. Shopping nearby is very convenient. The bed is very soft and not suitable for you. Everything else is very good. Available from 6 to 9pm every night for 16 years and above. Free hot spring bath.

No one would think this hotel is bad, right? The hotels in the Small Luxury Hotels of the world alliance are both of high quality in terms of service and rooms! This time, living in a centuries-old house using modern technology, it’s not too unique to experience the ancient Bath architecture! The executive room I booked has a huge terrace outside the room. Drinking coffee and smoking there is a very chill thing!

The room is a bit small but very clean. The location is super good. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel. There is also a hot spring in the hotel for SPA, which is great.

The hotel is only a 7-8 minute walk from Bath Spa train station, making it a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The service is very good. You can listen to classical music on the radio in the room. The hotel's SPA is free for hotel guests in the morning and evening, and you can arrange it freely.

It's a very nice hotel. The receptionist's attitude is very good. The room is clean and the hot spring is very comfortable. I asked for a room on a high floor with a better view and the conditions were met. Highly recommended

The hotel is very nice, the facilities are a bit old. The water quality of the hot springs is very good, and the number and types of pools are somewhat small, but they can meet the basic requirements. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the sights of Bath

I paid for two nights. I had an emergency. I only stayed for one night. I negotiated with the hotel N times and refused to refund for another day. Other hotels booked at the same time were kindly refunded. But this one didn't work. I was very angry.
