The service is very good, the environment is comfortable and the scenery is pleasant, and the food is good. The only drawback is that the wooden floor is a bit noisy. If people upstairs move around, it will affect the rest of the people downstairs.

The suite we booked was upgraded to a family suite. It's a very British country hotel. I didn't expect its restaurant to be awarded three stars by Rossete. No wonder the breakfast is better than the Savoy Hotel in London. We had dinner once and it was surprisingly good, and the bread was unique. The hotel's garden is also a natural English-style garden, with a little messy feel that took a lot of effort to create. In addition, the cookies delivered every day are so delicious that they become my thoughts every day.

The Bath Priory has managed to achieve such a relaxing and personal environment for guests across the board which I think is hard to find in a hotel. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, the spa facilities were excellent and I loved that there was both an indoor pool and outdoor heated pool. I ate in the informal restaurant where the food and wine was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast which had so many choices. I was even made a special fruit salad which didn't contain any of the fruits that I am allergic to. My bedroom was spacious, well equipped and the bed was incredibly comfy. It was about a 25 minute walk for me through the park to get into Bath itself but there were plenty of taxis and uber was also available which I used to return to The Priory. A wonderful place to stay and I look forward to returning soon.

A friend and I booked a spa day which included a cream tea on arrival, dinner and breakfast. The staff at this hotel are top notch, best I have experienced in a long time. The meals were delicious. It's so lovely to see staff taking pride in their hotel. Sadly the weather wasn't great so I did not get a chance to experience the gardens, but I will do so when I return. It's a great hotel and worth the price for the wonderful service and all round good experience.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Bath Priory and would love to return. The room was spotless with every amenity and the staff were all exceptional. The grounds were well kept an inviting. Rarely do we use our hotel as a base (drinks,meals, afternoon tea) but this hotel lured us into staying put and using the space as a home base. I highly recommend the Bath Priory!
