Overall, it's pretty good. It's clean and the service is attentive. The hotel is also exquisite and compact. It would be nice if the room was a little bigger. In Bath, I don't think the price/performance ratio is high, but it's still a good experience.

The largest room I chose, the hideout room, has a private bath and a spa reservation. The service is okay. The breakfast options are not rich. The location is very good.

We booked No 15 guesthouse for a girls birthday celebratory weekend and had a fantastic stay. The staff really looked after us and made sure we had a really special weekend and we thank them all. It is a real gem of a place, very close to the centre, quite quirky but furnished to a very high standard throughout. The food is also excellent and we couldn't fault a thing. |The staff are amazing too and so friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend No 15 and their Sunday offer is definitely worth booking.

Great location, lovely building, super staff, great bar area. Felt our bedroom had limited space for putting our toiletries - table was narrow and had hotel stuff on it. Bedside tables tiny.

This hotel is perfectly located to visit Bath. The hotel is in an old building (the stairs and floors slightly sway). There is poor sound insulation through the doors, so you are aware of goings-on in other rooms. We were in room on the top floor, and even though the weather outside was cool, the hotel was VERY hot. The windows only open a few inches, and even though there were thermostats in the rooms, the a/c would not come on. When I asked various staff about this, I got differing answers, ranging from “there is no a/c because it is a historic building” to “oh, yes, it should be working fine.” The breakfast is good. Overall, the hotel is nice and comfortable with some cool touches, but the young staff seem a bit unsure, and the comfort of the hotel is seriously compromised by the out of control heat which almost made me feel ill when not near an open window.

The hotel is a delight, staff extremely welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful breakfasts to set you up for the day. Bedrooms are quirky with the most comfortable beds and crisp cotton bedding. The Spa is very special and we probably enjoyed this most, it was so relaxing and luxurious. We struggled a bit with our room as there was not quite enough space on the bedside tables and the lighting (so many switches - a bit of labelling would help) and confusion about the door hanger to indicate service or do not disturb. However these are minor things . Above all the location is perfect - an easy walk to all of Bath, and parking if you book it in advance. We'd come back.

Loved the hotel. Wouldn’t change a thing! Friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist even helped plan our trip through the Cotswold and I’m forever grateful. Wish I remembered his name (Jeff?). Loved the access to the pantry for snacks. Enjoyed the quirky amenities (record player and doll house). Tasty food in the restaurant. Great location. All wonderful

Beautiful hotel, quirky comfort with extra thoughtful touches. Staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Our room was perfect ( although we like a cold bedroom & couldn’t get the air con down enough…. But that’s a wierd personal preference). We didn’t eat at the hotel but plenty people were. The bar was great! Location of this hotel is spot on & would definitely stay here again.
