很意外竟然訂了一家有兩百多年歷史的地道英式酒店。乾淨整齊明亮優雅，被子暖和，暖氣也足。我訂的包早餐。早餐是很正式的用菜單點的，算下來要值二十幾鎊，很好吃。覺得性價比高。
酒店離皇家新月樓很近，但是有一個長坡，如果有行李箱拉着走就有點難，有車就很好。

在半山腰，離商業區較遠，自己爬坡很累的叫出租去市中心一趟人民幣也得百來塊錢。衹適合出差的，旅遊的話就算了。

Lovely old fashioned hotel, it was a bit of a trek from the lift to our room at the top but worth it for the view from the window. Breakfast was very good and beautifully presented. The staff were very polite and completely unobtrusive. Will definitely stay there again.

A beautiful and deceptively large building. Our room was quite cramped and had damp and so smelled musty. And we realised after some time in the room that the heating wasn’t working, and that two electronic radiators had been provided. We booked ‘paid-for’ parking but by the time we came to park in the late afternoon there were no spaces so we had to find somewhere on the road. We raised all these points at reception. We had breakfast one morning; service was very friendly but incredibly slow. Good was lovely once it arrived.

Lovely hotel friendly staff. No lunches or evening meals in the restaurant which was a shame. Reception said they could supply food if it was prebooked but no menus? Enjoyed our stay and very reasonable.

Wonderful elegant hotel. All areas beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds, nice clean rooms. Food was absolutely delicious, breakfasts and dinner both enjoyed. Very attentive and friendly staff, thank you for a wonderful stay. 😊

A truly shocking experience of how not to treat your clients. A really late check in on offer at 4.00 pm which they were not open to changing as we had to be at a party at 3.45. “We can store your bags for you” wasn’t very helpful after a long drive. Unfortunately we ended up not staying there as the person fell sick and had to cancel the party. The hotel had no interest in a date change or a refund and in fact were really quite rude on the phone. This is so unusual in this current world as most hotels understand that things happen and are open to a flexible approach. We would never return and would never recommend to our friends in Bath
