There was a stain on the bed sheets. There was a hair on the conditioner bottle too. Very unclean

We were initially placed in the wrong type of room but quickly taken care of when we talked to the front staff.
Rooms: Behind the night stand and under hide-a-bed was FILTHY.
Lobby: For the price you pay to not even have coffee available in lobby is ridiculous. We did observe one staff being very rude to a customer ordering breakfast..therefore we went off hotel property for breakfast every morning.
Staff: The maintenance man (Eric?) was very friendly..asking if the pool was ok and if our stay was ok. He even bought candy from the lobby for my nieces.
Convenience: the airport is very close.

We stayed here for just a night in May. It was clean and the staff was friendly.The location was near the airport so it was very convenient. The next day we went to downtown Springfield and it was easy to get there, too. The pool was nice and clean, albeit small. But, that is perfect for families with little ones. Overall we'd definitely stay here again.

We had no water for 1/2 day.
A big glob of hair was found in the shower.
