"Good modern hotel in a good location virtually on the corner of Glenstone and East Sunshine. Plenty of food outlets nearby as well as a Hy-Vee and Walmart. Didn’t use the gym facilities, but had a look - very basic, but okay for fitness maintenance. Basic food (Burgers etc) available to purchase at the hotel, if you can’t be bothered to venture outside. Free coffee available in the lobby or in your room. I have deducted on star because they didn’t reply to two emails that I sent to them before I checked in. I suggest they train their staff to respond or check their emails (the final email address was their gmail address), so they can respond. I would stay here again."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated Patty making lots of delicious crispy bacon and going above and beyond brightening our mornings. Patty made sure the buffet was well stocked and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Paige at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we were attempting to extend our stay and help that process to go smoothly. Dionne made sure our stay went smoothly."

GGuest UserLocation was fine. Room seemed standard level of clean. Toilet paper is ultra thin, and the soap and shampoo was very watered down, so I left the room feeling dirty. Sofa bed was so substandard that we wouldn't let our 12 year old sleep on it. The springs really dig into your back. Everything seemed clean, but felt so cheap that we felt cheap staying there. Coffee machine in the room was broken and it didn't seem worth the effort to complain about it. Ex-wife complained about the air conditioner next to the bed being too loud and coming on and off all night long that she had issues sleeping. Breakfast was solid, though. Waffle station was a hit, though the oatmeal, like the soap and shampoo, was very watery. Eggs and sausage were above average. No sliced bread, though they offered English muffins and bagels. Staff was very friendly. Best part about the stay was how amicable they all were. Makes me feel bad writing the rest of the review. Would probably avoid the hotel in the future if there were better options. It's passable, but doesn't live up to my standards and doesn't seem worth the price.

GGuest UserThe night staff was nice. When we arrived, it took a minute for anyone to realize we were standing at the desk, but once noticed, they were nice to deal with.
Breakfast was horrible. No sausage or bacon with the powdered eggs. Biscuits and gravy was terrible. No meat in the gravy, no flavor either. The biscuits were undercooked. No fresh fruit options. The bread items were a bit hard. Had to ask where the butter was. The coffee was so weak, it looked more like tea. Couldn’t drink it.
The morning staff, again, once I got their attention, was friendly.
The beds were a bit worse for the wear. My daughter and her husband had to fight rolling into the middle of the bed. My bed was comfortable, but I was able to sleep in the middle.
Overall, not terrible, but also won’t stay there again.
