Planet Holiday Hotel in Batam is a good accommodation option located conveniently close to the city center. It offers comfortable rooms and a range of amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's highlights include a swimming pool, basic gym, and sauna, and its proximity to some local dining options, restaurants, and cafe, including McDonald's. The room is spacious and clean and the water pressure is strong.
This hotel is well-known by locals, and it is not far from Nagoya Hill Shopping centre, Lucky Plaza, several local food courts, money changers and foot massage. Its also not too far from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Therefore, from my room window, I can see the Singapore skyscrapers.
The service is good, friendly staff, and to go around, the best is to order Grab. Its a safe place, the security guard is always around and guests need an access card to go up to the room. Overall, it's a delightful and affordable choice for travelers looking for a cozy retreat in Batam.

Enjoyed our stay at Planet Holiday Hotel. They kindly let us check in early and room view was not bad too (can see singapore marina bay sands from the balcony). Room is decently sized and toilet is also clean. Only the hairdryer was a bit weak. Breakfast spread was quite limited, but not too bad.
