There’s a reason why this Hotel was quite cheap for Batumi in summer. The Hotel is located at the end of Batumi and there’s nothing within walking distance (not their fault). Nice view from the top but hardly a calm place due to construction around and a „highway“ in front of the hotel. Overall condition is very poor, wooden floor on the roof top had holes or was breaking. Pool was closed for 4 days due to „green“ water, people got stuck in the elevator for almost 1 hour. Breakfast is a joke, housekeeping had to be asked to clean rooms (not to disturb occupants) and our watch “disappeared “. Management didn’t care about any of it and employees were happy to leave. The bar staff was very friendly!
