"Wonderful new hotel. We booked two rooms for two couples but were placed on different floors. The interior is modern, and every detail, from the hooks to the dishes, is thoughtfully comfortable. The breakfasts were incredibly delicious and varied. We always found parking for our car near the hotel. The location is perfect for pedestrians. To the left of the hotel is the embankment, and to the right are a square and alleys with beautiful streets. The reception staff (young women) only speak English or Georgian, while other staff members speak Russian."

"The apartment smelt of stale smoke a lot but was relaxing and had a great view. The check-in was easy and straight forward at reception and the receptionist was kind. Great views from the balcony, with much more privacy than other orbi apartments. I’d recommend it’s worth the money - not a palace but decent."

"I arrived in Batumi on the 17:05 train from Tbilisi. It was a little after the check-in time of 23:00, but they were able to accommodate me. The entrance was hard to find, and you couldn't enter the building door without being given a number, so first enter through the backyard entrance on the left. You can enter through the door with the word Reception written on it. It was nice that shoes were not allowed inside the building. (I wore the sandals I brought with me.) The bed was spacious and clean. When I was in the building, the shower on the left side didn't have hot water continuously, so please be careful. There didn't seem to be any shampoos. There is a hair dryer. There is a supermarket nearby that is open until midnight. The manager was also kind and nice! The location is also good, as there are tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance."

"There is almost no soundproofing in the room. There are still people playing with electric drills in the building at 11 or 12 at night. The rooftop restaurant is not cheap either."

"Toilet seat is broken They didnt clean our room even when i put the sigh(please clean my room)until i started calling them...No towelsat the pool you need to take from your room. The breakfast is very minimal The rooms are not really taken care by...the wallpaper is coming off in some areas..."
