"Location: 5 out of 5. Everything you need is nearby – shops, cafes, a shopping center, and currency exchange. Bus stop for route #10 (to the airport) is also close.
Room: Spacious and well-equipped. It has dishes, a fridge, and a kettle. Toiletries were provided (the only thing missing was soap). The main drawback is that there's no place in the room to dry clothes."

Guest UserGood afternoon! I have only good impressions of my stay. Check-in was quick. The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Breakfasts are fantastic with a great variety of options at the buffet. The restaurant where breakfast is served has a terrace with an amazing mountain view. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the old town, and there's a lovely park with a lake and an embankment nearby. I highly recommend visiting this hotel in Batumi; you won't regret it!

Guest UserA friend recommended this hotel, and we decided to trust their advice. It's a good hotel with excellent value for money. The location is fantastic – almost in the city center, yet it was peaceful and quiet. Of course, we were there in the off-season. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The rooms are comfortable, and the bed was cozy. We opted for breakfast, which was quite varied and served until 11 AM, which was another plus. I was surprised by the absence of toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room. Cleanliness was a 4 out of 5. The staff were polite and welcoming. I didn't take photos of the room itself, only the view from the window and the main entrance.

Guest UserMy wife and I stayed here from May 3rd to 8th, 2026. It's a good hotel with an excellent location. We had a room with a sea view, which was absolutely the best. The breakfasts were delicious. However, you have to specifically request toothbrushes, and sometimes they forget to bring them. Also, the exhaust fan downstairs makes a constant, loud humming noise.

Guest UserVery stylish and modern apartment. Good location. The bathroom has large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and liquid soap. I also wish they would provide tablecloths and a sponge for washing dishes (I think this is not a big expense for a hotel). Breakfasts for every taste. The only things that bothered us in the evening were the customers of the cafe located on the ground floor and the uncomfortable pillows.

Located in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

Guest UserI booked this hotel for 2000 rubles a night, come on! Then I read a bunch of bad reviews saying it was a waste of money, dirty, etc. But for me personally, everything was great. My room was nice, they checked me in kindly, and they were always reachable. (Block K) The only inconvenience was the casino music 24/7, but that's the only downside. I had a blast in every sense!

The renovation is dated, the room was dirty, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all (hair on the floor, toothpaste caps), and there was no water. Parking and the pool are paid separately. The location isn't ideal either; we thought it was close to the sea, but it's dirty and lacks amenities.

Guest UserHotel location is very OK, directly opposite the Black Sea Beach. It is very close to European Square, Ferris wheel and ”couple device”. The convenience index is very high, the front desk clerk is very good! The 100-year hotel is good.

This is not a 4* hotel. These are apartments in a residential complex. The room is normal with a balcony, new and quite clean. There is a mini kitchen and a washing machine. There was no drinking water or basic kitchen items (salt, dish sponge, detergent).
The location is good. Next to the sea, a park and a mall within walking distance. The airport is nearby
The breakfasts are modest. For some reason, everything that should be hot is cold. They cook in advance. The only tasty thing is tea.
This is a good 2* apart-hotel.
