"Отличное расположение, до любых достопримечательностей можно дойти за 5-15 мин, до моря -2-3 мин. Но это центр курортного района, поэтому любые магазины и кафе с высокими и оч высокими ценами. В номере нет заявленных 30 кв м , максимум 20. Комната оч маленькая. Есть хорошие шампунь, бальзам, гель для душа, лосьон, зубная щётка и паста, мыло. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец тоже, постельное бельё не меняли ни разу. Самое печальное -это завтрак. Как бы шведский стол. Уровень 2 звезды максимум. Кофе заварен в термосе!!!!!)))) чай только черный и горячая вода только из термоса!!! Из еды варёные яйца, сосиски, омлет (или яичница), макароны, огурец, помидор, болгарский перец, лист салата, нарезка ветчины ( штук 10 ломтиков, и если они закончились, нужно ждать, когда принесут ещё, если захотят), сыр низкого качества. И всё! Если вы непривередливы, вам хватит, но это точно не уровень даже 4 звёзд!!! Отдельное спасибо ресепшн за бесплатное продление номера на 2 часа в связи с задержкой рейса! По итогу -всё хорошо, кроме завтрака, который они так рекламируют!!!"

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, but there's basically no service. No one helped with luggage when I checked in. The room was very small, and there were no toothbrushes provided. It took over half an hour to send one over the phone. The front desk was interrupting me the entire time I checked in and was not very friendly. The hotel looks high-rise, but it actually has only five floors. The windows of the single-numbered rooms on the first floor face the wall, so you can't see the sun during the day. The breakfast is very average. Don't consider this hotel when you come to Batumi. It's not cost-effective.

The hotel is located in the old town. The location is excellent!! The rooms are relatively large and clean, the breakfast is normal, but monotonous, nothing has changed for 3 days, and cappuccino coffee is available for an additional fee... The SPA and pool are terrible (I took the hotel only because of the SPA) VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The pool is small and the water is cold, stuffy and unpleasant!!! When we checked in, there were no towels, and when we asked they said only an hour later🤔 There were three of us and they brought everything for two!!! (towels, water, shampoo, slippers, etc.) In general, the impression was not pleasant, for that kind of money you could have rented something more decent... I will never recommend it to my friends!!!

Had a fantastic stay! As a Platinum member, I received a complimentary suite upgrade, and they even helped me with my luggage. The hotel's decor is very modern, and the room was quiet and spotless. Extremely satisfied!

Не соответствует 5* звезда, максимум тянет на 3*. Дружелюбный персонал, который делает всё наполовину. Ужасное обслуживание у бассейна, плохое обслуживание в номерах. Не меняли белье и халаты , тапочки в течение 11 дней. Уборщица делает замечание и хамит постояльцам в СПА. Подушки гигантские, спать не аозиожно. Выбора подушек нет. В ресторане отеля получили сильное отравление, скорее всего мясом. По ночам музыка в бассейне не отключается. Орёт, спать не возможно. Во время пребывания возник пожар, персонал отеля очень старался, однако было видно, что он не обучен действовать в чрезвычайных ситуациях, а руководство отеля даже не потрудились принести извинения перед постояльцами. Каждый день этот отель преподносил неприятные сюрпризы. Никому не советую ехать в этот отель.

A good, very large hotel. It is located near the sea. The room was very comfortable, large, warm, the cleaning was excellent. I really liked the pool, sauna and hammam. There is a fitness room, comfortable and always empty) Breakfast buffet, varied, delicious. There is also a casino there, but we were not there, so I can't say anything. Brief summary: - come, you will like it!

Это шикарнейший инстаграмный отель!!! Виды потрясающие, дух захватывает. Такой там чистый воздух и так хорошо спится. Сам номерной фонд очень скромный, но эти фантастические виды перекрывают все минусы. Хотя о каких минусах речь, просто не понятно. Ну был не набран один бассейн, но при этом работал другой. Завтраки не такие может разнообразные, но всё очень вкусное и докладывается по мере необходимости. Свежевыжатый сок из апельсина также улучшает настроение. Единственное что б можно было улучшить это тоненькие блинчики(вот они совершенно не тоненькие). А так все на высшем уровне! Ужинали у них вечером тоже все было очень вкусно и по нормальному ценнику. Единственное, подруге хотелось бы что б бассейн был с подогревом, это б позволило людям купаться в любое время года.
