Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

It is a hotel, I understand that the homestay will be better, and I will transform my home into a few rooms. Hotel location is better, next to the statue and European Square, there are many specialty shops around, it is convenient to go anywhere. Check-in is very fast, the passport can be scanned, it is the key to open the door, not the room card to open the door, the basic facilities in the room, disposable supplies, and a small refrigerator, there is also a small balcony, you can see the scenery. The price of 300 yuan is not expensive in the tourist city of Batumi. The heating is not turned on. The air conditioner has been turned on. It is quite hot. It will be taken off when you stay. The bed is also soft, and I also like soft beds. If you come next time, you can consider this hotel.

The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

Good location. I arrived late, a little lost, the administrator met at the entrance and carried to the room. Clean room, there is everything necessary: towels, hygiene, toothbrush and pasta, water, tea, coffee, teapot. Forgot the charge block, I was kindly given to use, for which a separate thank you) Next there is a 24-hour market, Agrohab, where you can buy a variety of ready food, quite tasty and quite cheap). You can walk to the sea. In general quiet and quiet, I liked it. Recommended)

Room was big enough but doesn’t have a laundry machine. They said city view but it was building view right behind another orbit city. Quite boring view Reception was so slow and so many excuses they can’t support Not their fault! I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.

В целом неплохо , то что очень близко к центру но приходится жертвовать комфортом , и все зависит от номера , у меня в номере не было двери в душевой кабине , и вода выливалась ра пол , в других номерах такого не было , интернет иногда скакал. В целом отель нормальный , но ожидать чего-то вау не стоит
