3-Star Hotels in Batumi

Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is wonderful. The grounds and building are aesthetically beautiful. We had a triple room with a fridge, air conditioning, and a kettle. The hotel offered us breakfast, and it was excellent and varied. My youngest child is a picky eater, and they would ask her what she wanted and prepare it according to her wishes. The hotel's location is excellent, situated between the city center and the botanical garden. It's 5 Lari (150 rubles) by taxi to the center, and 5 Lari to the botanical garden, next to which there's a pristine beach with few people. On the beach, a sun lounger costs 5 Lari and an umbrella 10 Lari for the whole day. The water was like warm milk. There are restaurants nearby, and close to the hotel itself, you'll find a Spar supermarket and a pharmacy. Everything is conveniently located. The hotel also has a small pool. On our last day, before our train, we didn't go to the sea, and the kids had fun in the pool instead. In short, I recommend it... It's a quiet, peaceful area, and the sea is only 300 meters away. A superb place. The hotel is new, everything is spotless, and the hosts are hospitable. The bed linen was so new and clean it practically crackled. Check-in time was 3 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM and were checked in without any problems. Check-out time was 12 PM, but our train wasn't until 4:40 PM. We were allowed to stay until 3:30 PM. I really liked the hotel. It's wonderful that the owner did so much to make a traveler feel comfortable in another country. The hotel is very clean and cozy. The location is very convenient if you need to go to the sea, walk around the city, or go somewhere. A good residential area. The hotel is visible from afar. The hotel lobby is European-domestic. The room is spacious and comfortable. In addition to the beds, there is an area for eating at the table. The room has a washing machine (the owner provided washing powder), a stove, a kettle, dishes, and slippers. Tea and coffee, 4 bottles of water. Everything is very clean. Every day they replenished tea, coffee, soap, and shampoo. Towels were changed daily and they cleaned. I would especially like to mention the bathroom. Clean, in perfect condition. Very spacious and comfortable shower with good plumbing. The water pressure is excellent. The hot water is even hot - hot if you turn it up high. Thanks to the owner, he did not skimp and made a wonderful shower. There is also a hygienic shower. The towels are soft and clean. The soap is fragrant. There's a lamp by the bed and a power outlet (Russian ones are compatible). Excellent internet. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Thanks again to the host for ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for guests.

The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the marina. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Piazza Square, the church, and Europe Square. The rooms have everything you could possibly need, and even more; they are very well-equipped. The breakfast is satisfying. We had to switch to this hotel for our last night after a bad experience at another hotel for two nights, and we were very happy with our stay here. If I had to mention one negative, it would be the large number of mosquitoes in the rooms.

The hotel has a family couple, very pleasant and nice people, hospitality, ready to help with any question. Very clean hotel, perfectly decorated rooms. Excellent breakfasts, everything you need is present, fresh vegetables, eggs, sausages. Location close to the airport, which is very convenient. There is a backyard on the territory with a good pool and lying. The hosts speak Russian. The rooms have everything necessary. I recommend

An excellent family hotel in the heart of old Batumi. The waterfront is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. Slippers, a hairdryer, and a toothbrush are provided. A refrigerator is also included. Numerous supermarkets are nearby. The train station is a 7-minute taxi ride away. A minibus stop for the Turkish border is a 3-minute walk away.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

В целом неплохо , то что очень близко к центру но приходится жертвовать комфортом , и все зависит от номера , у меня в номере не было двери в душевой кабине , и вода выливалась ра пол , в других номерах такого не было , интернет иногда скакал. В целом отель нормальный , но ожидать чего-то вау не стоит
