Beautiful hotel: quietly, quietly, good bedding and a set of towels, there are disposable slippers, soap and shampoo, good! fan, comfortable beds, there is a teapot and cup. Located close to the rope road and the embankment, near shops and pharmacy. Very hospitality hosts, we were settled early in the morning without any problems. Thank you!

First, the positives. Very friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor pools, spacious family room – everything was very good. However, there were some nitpicks. The hotel seemed a bit tired. I understand that can happen to anyone, but you still expect top-notch service from a reputable chain hotel. The sink in the room didn't drain properly; we only stayed one day, so we reported it to reception upon checkout. I can't comment on how quickly they fixed it. In the pool, you occasionally step on chipped tiles – not a big deal, but a nitpick. In the morning, you could hear pipes humming somewhere… Generally, if you're picky, you'll notice these kinds of little things everywhere.

The guest house is quiet, comfortable. Excellent location, next to all the main attractions, sea, cafes, shops, currency exchangers.

The staff are incredibly attentive and responsive – if you have a question, they'll immediately provide detailed information and assistance. The hotel's interior is meticulously designed: stylish details, a pleasant color scheme, and a cozy atmosphere. The exterior is equally impressive: the building looks elegant and blends harmoniously with the city landscape. The hotel also has its own parking. The location is simply excellent: within walking distance to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Interactions with the staff left a truly pleasant impression – everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. You don't just feel like a guest, but a valued visitor. I will definitely return here again and happily recommend this hotel to my friends!

Excellent location! This hotel is considered one of the top hotels in Batumi! There's a wide variety at breakfast. The room is very beautiful and spacious. There's a large pool next to the hotel, and the sea is just a couple of minutes' walk away. The service is very good, and the staff are polite and helpful.

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.

Good value for money! The boss is charming and amiable... The hotel is in a good location, the disadvantage is that the facilities are too old...
