Batumi Hotels with Parking

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The washing machine for laundry and drying was a great convenience, making it perfect for longer stays. Having an underground parking lot was a huge plus. Parking can be really difficult to find in Batumi, so having a spacious underground lot made things incredibly easy. The location was also excellent, right in the Old Town and very close to the beach. You can walk to all the city's attractions, including the beautiful McDonald's.

First, the positives. Very friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor pools, spacious family room – everything was very good. However, there were some nitpicks. The hotel seemed a bit tired. I understand that can happen to anyone, but you still expect top-notch service from a reputable chain hotel. The sink in the room didn't drain properly; we only stayed one day, so we reported it to reception upon checkout. I can't comment on how quickly they fixed it. In the pool, you occasionally step on chipped tiles – not a big deal, but a nitpick. In the morning, you could hear pipes humming somewhere… Generally, if you're picky, you'll notice these kinds of little things everywhere.

I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc. The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand. I can not wait to go back.

My wife and I stayed here from May 3rd to 8th, 2026. It's a good hotel with an excellent location. We had a room with a sea view, which was absolutely the best. The breakfasts were delicious. However, you have to specifically request toothbrushes, and sometimes they forget to bring them. Also, the exhaust fan downstairs makes a constant, loud humming noise.

Located in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible. The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

The arrival experience was very disappointing. I arrived at 12:30 PM, completed the registration, and signed all the required forms. After that, the receptionist simply stared at me awkwardly before asking, ”Do you know that check-in time is 3:00 PM?” I replied, ”Yes, I know.” He then remained silent, leaving me unsure of what to do next. Eventually, I had to say, ”Okay, I'll find my way.” What disappointed me most was the complete lack of hospitality. There was no offer to store my luggage, no suggestion of a place where I could wait, and not even directions to the lounge. I ended up sitting in the lobby until I approached the Front Desk Supervisor, Polina, who was exceptionally professional. She completely turned the experience around by delivering the level of genuine five-star service I had expected from the beginning. Another concern was the absence of a concierge service. Even more surprisingly, the receptionist did not seem to know what a ”concierge” is. My overall ratings: - Room: 8/10 - Bed: 10/10 - Bathroom: 7/10

+ A quiet, shady street, pleasant interior, plenty of space, decent bathroom. - The toilet faucet is leaking, laundry is expensive. - Dirty dishes. The sinks are clogged with them this morning, even though there are only three guests in the hostel and they don't cook. - It's cold. It's 10 degrees outside, but all the windows are open and the heating is off, so it's also 10 degrees inside the hostel. I had to wear street clothes. - Bedbugs! The administrators say they poisoned us, but I know what poison smells like—there was no pest control.

Excellent location! This hotel is considered one of the top hotels in Batumi! There's a wide variety at breakfast. The room is very beautiful and spacious. There's a large pool next to the hotel, and the sea is just a couple of minutes' walk away. The service is very good, and the staff are polite and helpful.

It's okay. The location is good, but the hotel's facilities are a bit old. However, the price is cheap, and for that price, it seems acceptable. It's very close to the beach, so you can go anytime.

This is not a 4* hotel. These are apartments in a residential complex. The room is normal with a balcony, new and quite clean. There is a mini kitchen and a washing machine. There was no drinking water or basic kitchen items (salt, dish sponge, detergent). The location is good. Next to the sea, a park and a mall within walking distance. The airport is nearby The breakfasts are modest. For some reason, everything that should be hot is cold. They cook in advance. The only tasty thing is tea. This is a good 2* apart-hotel.
