We stayed for three nights, 3 adults and a child, a suite for five (1 king-size bed, 1 single bed, a sofa that can be unfolded, a cot and a cradle-bed; and 5 windows 🔥, but also wardrobes, chairs, a table, a TV, a refrigerator - everything as it should be!
Thank you to the hotel for the gift provided for my anniversary: flowers and a bottle of champagne, it was very nice! ☺️
Breakfasts are good! There is even an individual approach (to the child), which is very important for little eaters.. I liked the hotel 🏨, the staff is wonderful!

The location of the hotel is good. There is no service at all, they don't even say hello at the reception.
The room was spacious, but the door to the balcony did not close, we had to call a technician who fixed it, as a result we could not open the window for ventilation. They could not provide us with another room.
The breakfast deserves special attention!
All the dishes were cold. The churchkhela was moldy!!!
For this kind of money you can find a much better hotel!

WWeixineryi~The room is very big, with two bathrooms. You can see the sea from the window, but unfortunately there is no balcony. There is a washing machine and dryer, and a simple kitchen where you can cook. There is a refrigerator and a kettle. There is a room and a living room. The living room is very big. Because I didn't want to sleep on the sofa, I added a bed. The breakfast is a continental breakfast, self-service, with a lot of things. It is a good accommodation in Batumi.

GGuest UserWe were settled in apartments with sea view, on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, the guys are very hard and always going to meet, we even offered to help with the purchase of tickets to the ZD to Tbilisi! We had no food, breakfast where it came down, including downstairs. Staff are also respectful and kind. Another cool cafe in the neighboring house over the corner.
The elevators are walking clearly, their 3 passengers.
The room is spacious, there is a place to turn, with/w too. Boler stood on the ECO, so when you wash your head well, the others will not get and had to wait. We still had a bad opening of the bathroom door (shooked the floor) and a stream of the shelter. In the shower, if Leique is not in hand, but the glass is leaked on the paddle and floor. But it was all not tense and we were indulging.
Towels changed every day, and bedding once every 3 days.
On the floor sometimes mosquitoes fly, bear in mind.
In su a towel dryer with heating, it is convenient.
On the balcony there were 2 chairs, sometimes there you can sit, drink wine.
To the old city (lift) on foot exactly an hour, walked on the embankment every day, very large and beautiful!
There are many exchangers, shopping, fresh bread, shops, etc.
We are happy with our choice, recommend.

EElenaOld, shabby hotel. For that kind of money, I think everything should be perfect. Baseboards taped to the floor in the hallway, minimal accessories in the bathroom, poor coffee set - they could have put a coffee machine in the rooms, for example, margarine instead of butter at breakfast! (how is that even possible), the outdoor pool is 100 meters from the hotel, and the indoor one was not working. Disappointed

땡땡돌이2We arrived at the Hotel General in Batui, which we had booked on Trip.com, by taxi, but the hotel was closed and locked. It was absurd. Fortunately, we contacted Trip.com and found a replacement hotel. The facilities and size were better than the hotel we had originally booked, but the bed was a double bed, so we thought it would be a bit uncomfortable for two healthy men, so we checked into a higher-level hotel with two beds. This was the first time this happened while traveling. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was also friendly.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. Very Cody room with a stunning city view. A bit hard to find so it’s worth calling the owner when you arrive. He is super nice and will come to pick you up. He was also super helpful, providing all kinds of information about the city
