"The room was good and clean. The hotel is located in the new city center, close to shops, cafes, currency exchange offices, and the beach. The room had a stove, so we could cook dinner. Although there was no pot or pan, you could ask for them at the reception. On the upside, there was water, coffee, tea, and sugar (portioned for the number of guests), and both the internet and air conditioning worked perfectly. The views from the upper floors were breathtaking!
As for the downsides: when there are a lot of guests, you have to wait a long time to check in (not enough managers at reception), and also wait a long time for the elevator."

Ещё раз пишу хвалебные отзывы об этом отеле. Останавливались в нём второй раз. Сотрудники максимально вежливые и приятные. Мне полюбился этот отель, готова возвращаться снова и снова. Самые вкусные хинкали готовят у них в ресторане. Я пробовала хинкали в разных ресторанах Тбилиси и Батуми, у них самые лучше и вкусные. Спасибо этому отелю. Обязательно берите номер с завтраком! Завтрак очень красивый и вкусный!

Отель действительно соответствует стоимости межсезонья, отдыхали в январе. В сезон не могу рекомендовать данное размещение, скорее удобный вариант для деловых коротких поездок.
Комната чистая, но уставшая. Кровать удобная, постельное чистое. Большой минус - запах канализации в туалете. Чайник есть в общей зоне, холодильника нет, только в столовой зоне персонала, нам разрешили оставлять там продукты.
Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый.
Уборка номера и смена полотенец по запросу.
Очень удобное расположение в старом городе, у порта, из окна видно море, везде ходили пешком.

Guest UserThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the marina. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Piazza Square, the church, and Europe Square. The rooms have everything you could possibly need, and even more; they are very well-equipped. The breakfast is satisfying. We had to switch to this hotel for our last night after a bad experience at another hotel for two nights, and we were very happy with our stay here. If I had to mention one negative, it would be the large number of mosquitoes in the rooms.

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is of mini type. The floor heating in the bathroom was praised, but the water in the bathtub smelled bad.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

Located in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
