The hotel is not new, but you want to return to it and that says a lot. Very polite and helpful staff, special thanks! The room is quite cozy, the beds are good. The breakfast is excellent, everything you need, except red fish) They make a delicious omelet upon request. Swimming pool inside with warm water 30 degrees. There is underground parking. Wi-fi is available even on the beach. I think it’s even more beautiful here in the summer, but the prices are different.

Definitely not a 5 star establishment but fair enough! Standard room with balcony was nice and the room was quite big! The breakfast are really nice with lots of choices. Nice pool area but they are hopeless on the music (too loud and to techno)

Проблема с рестораном в обед и ужин. Время ожидания выдачи блюда 1,5-2 часа, десерта 40-45 мин. Это печально. После часа ожидания блюда заказал глово доставку. Хорошее расположение номеров с видом на море. Приятные сотрудники на ресепшне. В общем все отлично только ресторан оставил осадок

Создаётся впечатление, что отель новый. Номер просторный, с хорошей мебелью, балконом и видом на море. Есть возможность безбоязненно отдать в стирку (не в химчистку, ее нет) даже дорогие вещи. Всё будет сделано быстро и качественно. На этом положительные моменты заканчиваются. Завтрак ужасен - твёрдые булочки, жидкий кофе, странный набор продуктов. Если захотите заказать, например, омлет, будете ждать долго, и не факт, что принесут. Из заявленный трёх языков - грузинский, русский, английский - фактически, только грузинский. Лежаков и зонтиков у бассейна мало, если попросите раз три-четыре, может быть принесут. Если не посчастливится забронировать номер с видом на море - будете рассматривать оживленную улицу и стройку. Из заявленных пяти звёзд - четыре с очень большой натяжкой. Не советую!

A comfortable beautiful hotel with kind staff and great location. My daughter enjoy inside and outside pool as we rest and enjoy the wonderful sea view. The breakfast menu was complete with many kind of fruits and foods. There are many nice restaurants and cafes close to the hotel.

This is not a five star hotel. The rooms smelled of smoke. The bathroom drains smell of sewage. We got a massage for 200 GEL, it was the worst massage that I’ve ever received. It was just light rubbing and touching with no oil, the woman stood in front of you as you changed, it was deeply uncomfortable. I had to leave half way through. The staff told us a refund was impossible as it was ‘the best masseuse in town’ and that ‘it’s the cost you would expect to pay in a five star hotel’. Made no attempt to actually deal with our complaints.
