GT Batumi Hotel

The hotel is located on the very edge of the city, about 25 minutes walk to the beach through car washes and vacant lots. The hotel itself is not bad. The number of rooms is decent. However, we booked a suite (two-room suite with a mini-kitchen), booked in advance, but upon arrival we were told that some important guest urgently arrived and they could not accommodate us in the suite. They offered two rooms: a single and a double, to make it clearer that there were three of us: me, my husband and a child. After much wrangling, they gave us a triple room. They promised that they would move us to ours in a day, but in the end we moved in only after 2.5 days. No one reimbursed us for the difference in the cost of the rooms. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Nukzar, promised that they would not rush us with the checkout, since there was such a hitch with the room, and we were leaving at 8 pm, but on the day of departure, naturally, we were asked to leave like everyone else during checkout.
