"I flew to Georgia for a short stay, and Orbi turned out to be the cheapest option, especially since it was an apartment, not a hostel. I was worried about not having shampoo, since it was an apartment, but in the end, I got the full hotel experience—they even provided slippers and a toothbrush. The elevator wait was a maximum of three minutes, and that was for going down, not up. There were no problems with water. Maybe these Orbi ailments only manifest themselves in high season, but in the fall, everything was perfect. On the downside, the room was a bit tired (as was the complex itself) with all sorts of marks and scratches, but it was clean, so it wasn't a problem. The curtains were see-through, so I couldn't sleep during the day, but it was enough for me. There was no soundproofing from the hallway; I could constantly hear the elevator beeping, although fortunately, I didn't have any noisy neighbors. The street noise is well blocked, but there were also issues with a nearby establishment having parties from 9 PM to 11 PM or 12 PM, and you could hear them. Considering I was out and about during the day and working until late at night, it didn't bother me too much. Overall, a positive experience; at this price, I'd stay here again."

"Suddenly, the hotel I had previously booked had a problem, so I was able to make a reservation in a hurry thanks to Trip.com's quick response. I checked in to a single room because I couldn't share it with multiple people. You can smoke beer or tea in the beautifully decorated yard, and since it's a hostel, I thought it would be noisy until late at night, but I was able to sleep well after 10 p.m. I will definitely visit again next time. All major tourist attractions are within walking distance. Please note that there is a kimbap restaurant run by locals on the way to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Batumi behind the hotel. (Only take-out is allowed.) It's a perfect match with kimbap and lunch box ramen sold at the market after a tiring trip."

"The Soft Hotel is located near the main attractions of Batumi, which makes your stay comfortable. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants near the hotel, which is also important - you will not go hungry. The hotel is small - only 11 rooms, which completely occupy the second floor of a residential building. The room was cleaned every day with replenishment of two bottles of water and tea and coffee bags. We arrived early in the morning, we were allowed to rest in the hall before checking into the room. The room has a comfortable bed with snow-white linen, new plumbing, soap and shower gel. We recommend the hotel, we think the price-quality will suit everyone."

"We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean."

"Отель действительно соответствует стоимости межсезонья, отдыхали в январе. В сезон не могу рекомендовать данное размещение, скорее удобный вариант для деловых коротких поездок. Комната чистая, но уставшая. Кровать удобная, постельное чистое. Большой минус - запах канализации в туалете. Чайник есть в общей зоне, холодильника нет, только в столовой зоне персонала, нам разрешили оставлять там продукты. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Уборка номера и смена полотенец по запросу. Очень удобное расположение в старом городе, у порта, из окна видно море, везде ходили пешком."

There was no hand soap, which is strange. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, pebbly, sun loungers and umbrellas are 10 lari, we never took them. Changing cabins were periodically encountered, there was one shower somewhere, and there were no toilets on the beach at all. They checked us in quickly, the young guys at the reception speak English, they also understand a little Russian. There are shopping centers Grand Mall, Batumi Mall, many Eurospars nearby, but we went to Black Sea Mall and Batumi Mall for groceries. There is Dodo Pizza nearby, as well as many Georgian cafes and restaurants, we went to Ardagani, Sazandari and Old Ambari. I advise you to change money at exchange offices, which are full on the streets of Batumi. We changed money in Russia, the rate there was not at all favorable. Cons and shortcomings of the hotel: sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevators, out of 6 elevators 3-5 work, for such a huge building this is too little. Room cleaning is only on request. In the evenings it can be noisy, music plays from restaurants, but this did not bother us much."

Water was added. To all pleasant to touch. The balcony is very large. If criticized - for long-term residence - there is little space for storing things. Pushers, blankets, mattresses - air, snow, no moisture. Smells of repair and novelty. The air conditioner is quiet, it is not heard. We heated the room in November, any temperature is exposed and it is automatically supported. The plumbing is modern, the balm for hair is excellent. Internet is excellent quality. Breakfasts were good. Kashi is not, but everything else is. Location is better. Right in the center of the city. Donnaberhingy, a park whose area is to be served. Ten out of ten in everything. I will recommend."
