Ideal location, nice staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed.

It is very clean in the center and the price is very affordable. It's just a little noisy.

The thing we were most pleased with during our two-day Batumi trip was our hotel. Check-in was very fast and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The inside of the hotel smelled very nice in general. Towels and linens were clean and spotless. The amenities were sufficient and of high quality. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was very close to everywhere to visit. We went to the place recommended by the friends at the reception for breakfast and we were satisfied. Overall our entire hotel experience was very enjoyable. If we come to Batumi again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. We thank all the employees for their wonderful service.

My friend and her 10-year-old son stayed at the hotel. On the booking website we booked a room with a garden view, but in the end there is no garden there at all. They were accommodated in a room where the window looked directly onto the wall of the neighboring house, which was built so close that you could touch it with your hand. On this wall there are air conditioning units that prevent you from sleeping because of the noise. But this is not the most important thing... When my friend opened the bed, she saw hair and realized that the bed was not fresh. Having gone down to the reception, she turned to the administration with a request to remake her bed, so they gave her linen and told her to MAKE IT YOURSELF, I’m a man, and I don’t know how.... This hotel does not correspond to what is stated on the booking, the place is noisy, the staff is inattentive and rude. One of the positive aspects I can note is the location.
