Great hotel and great staff!
The rooms are on floor forty of Orbi city block and has wonderful views of city and sea.
It’s very quiet and clean and has all of what the 5star hotels have!
Garaj club and batumi mall and beach are near to property.

The most shameless deception of guests! I booked a double room on a leading aggregator (in the description, the room met our accommodation requirements - the presence of a sofa for the second guest). Expensive, well, yes, okay! I sent a request to the hotel about the cost of the additional charge. A set of linen. The answer was amazing: “we can put you in a 3-bed room” with an additional payment of +30%. We were planning a trip between the Caspian Sea (Baku) and the Black Sea (Batumi). In the process of collecting information, it turned out that the land border between the countries is closed and it will not be possible to return by car from Georgia to AZ. I had to cancel previously issued reservations, incl. and this one. And what do I see?! The hotelier unilaterally changed the descriptions of the rooms, their design and contents. THOSE. The room booked absolutely does not meet the original requirements! There are no words - only emotions: “How could this be possible?!”

The hotel is on the 40th floor of the Orbi building, there are a lot of people in the lobby, the location is good, the rooms are ok, the view from the balcony is gorgeous, the mattresses are moderately hard, the pillows are good - it’s comfortable to sleep. We checked in quickly, upon request we were immediately given an extra bed; as we were told, there were no twins. Large king or queen bed only. These were the advantages. Cons - cleaning is done only when you hang a sign on the door handle, water is put in the room when they remember or at the request “give water” Breakfast is a little expensive for me at a price of 30 GEL per person ($10.1) downstairs in the cafes it’s cheaper and coffee from a coffee machine, but not soluble. In general, everything is fine. We like !

Very good location (few minutes walk to the sea). Stunning view from 40th floor balcony. Fully equipped and a lot of choices in mini bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Visited it in 2nd part of the March, so it was a little bit to cold, but solved it by warming AC.
