I don’t know what happened this month and we found ourselves in such a bad period. It’s a shame that all the reviews we read were not true. The staff were rude and indifferent. The room was cold without heating, as if the hotel had been abandoned and everyone just didn’t care. I wanted someone Well, after all, I took up discipline and started to fix things. We didn’t see a 4-star hotel and we didn’t see the quality-to-demand ratio at this level. I just want to shout to the management, finally, pay attention and don’t live with rose-colored glasses. We pay money for the services that you promise and are obliged to comply. I will write wherever possible that in your hotel clients are accused of non-payment of money and brazenly insist on this. Despite the fact that we had the check. The girls at the reception are disgusting. Only the supervisor was polite. But it’s management’s responsibility since you hire just anyone and they think they have the right to treat clients this way!!!!!

Great breakfast to choose from. I chose Georgian, especially liked the Georgian fried eggs. Very tasty, a lot of it, wonderful waitress. What I couldn’t finish was given in a take-away bag to take to my room. Thank you very much ☺️

This hotel could be worth it considering its location. But, the service is substandard, the rooms are outdated (our door could not be locked). No help is offered unless you speak Russian. If you prefer no Western guests, please let us know in advance. The breakfast is not a buffet, but you have to choose from four different breakfasts (Mediterranean, Georgian, American or English). Not bad in itself, but you only get 1 cup of coffee at breakfast (for breakfast). The reception staff is downright unfriendly

Let's talk about the good things first! The location of the hotel is excellent! Everything is within walking distance! The staff work flawlessly! The guys try to help with everything! The work of the maids is +5!!! Thank them so much for everything! The location of the restaurant is amazing! Terrace overlooking the sea! And that’s where the charms of this hotel end! 1 standard room for two people! Not suitable for a couple at all! Very cramped, if there are 2 suitcases, there is no more passage. One chair. Having a kettle is good! But where you can drink tea is a mystery! The balcony overlooks a closed utility courtyard, like a well! Same with one chair! And that's not the worst part! For all 7 days we fought endless floods from the shower and sink! I appeal to the hotel management - Gentlemen, have you read the reviews about your hotel!? Are you not aware of everything that is happening? Number 209!!!! Same problems! 2- It’s very unpleasant when, after watching a hotel advertisement, you book a room, and as a result you get what we got. 3 - Breakfast! For the first time we meet that breakfast is from 9 am! And it’s not a fact that you will receive it on time! For vacationers, every minute is important and sitting waiting for breakfast until 10-30 is an unaffordable luxury! I no longer write about the fact that not everyone has enough tea. There just aren't enough teapots! It's a small thing, maybe, but it ruins your vacation! 4 - Now about the breakfast itself! 4 types of breakfast! It's good to have a choice! But in each form there are eggs, cheese and toast with jam! I am allergic to eggs...... So what should I do!? And breakfast is included in the price! And who can stand such breakfasts every day! This is the result - As for the Personnel - Everyone is great and smart!! As for personal comfort, there are no words! Therefore, I will not recommend your hotel to any of my friends and relatives!
