Batum seyahatimizde 2 gece kaldık. Konumu mükemmel her yere yürümemesafesinde. Otel binası çok güzel bir mimariye sahip, odaların konforu ortalama. Odaların içi temiz görünüyordu, ancak Fransız balkon çok pisti. Kahvaltısı da maalesef çok iyi değildi.

The O.Galgore offers a comfortable bed in a clean and spacious room, but there are so many things wrong with this hotel that I would not stay there again. The door to my room (211) couldn't be locked from the inside without a key. The hallway was unlit at night, making unlocking my room door something that required a flashlight. The walls of my room were totally blank--no prints, photos, paintings, etc. The place is an echo chamber where closing doors cause a big boom and people yelling late at night (who were not shushed by the management) have their voices amplified considerably. Coffee and bottled water were not replaced as I used them. Breakfast begins late in the morning. The front desk was apparently not staffed all night. There is no tourist literature available, nor was there a list of services and amenities the hotel provides. All in all, not what I expect from a hotel that calls itself a four-star.

Great location in the heart of the Old Town. The building (actually it's a complex of two buildings) looks as it came from 18th century.
Unfortunately pillows and mattresses seems to come from 18th century too - it was the worse sleeping experience I've had in last 5-6 years of traveling :-(
The breakfast was relatively poor: not that many options, but you can't expect a big variety staying in the small hotel. Food quality was ok, but coffee was really terrible.
Overall: a very bad price-value ratio, as the hotel costs as a real 4 stars hotel, but performs as an average 3 stars hotel.
Also, important to know: if you want a room with a balcony, you should write it in advance as a note to the hotel during the booking process. Not all rooms have balconies.

Stayed in this hotel for one week. Hotel staff is very responsive and kind. Location is perfect - in old part of Batumi, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach promenade and city centre. Loved Lemon bar on first floor of hotel - Sandro, Irakli and Nino are the best!!!. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Tasteful interior in all hotel areas. Thank you! Definatelly will come and stay in this hotel again!

A lovely central hotel with great rooms and views, service, and breakfast. We were offered room 312 (in old building) as an upgrade to the suite (new annex) which we gladly took because of the views. Note though there is a pub downstairs which has live music until wee hours of the night, and the noise from the road carries up. We didn't mind so much. The hotel is a ten minutes walk from Europe Square and right beside Piazza Square.

We only stayed here for one night but our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the location, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and the sea. I loved the location of the breakfast terrace, with views all around the city, but it was slightly marred by lack of clean tables and choice of where to sit. I understand that hotels have had a very tough time recently; maybe the staff were overstretched. It was difficult to see what was on offer for breakfast, I think I missed out on hot food as I couldn't see it and it wasn't pointed out. Staff spoke little English (not a criticism as I don't speak any Georgian and I think most of the guests were Russian). We had tea in a nice courtyard bar (difficult for the bartender to understand what we wanted, I don't think he's made tea with milk before). Everyone was pleasant and polite. I recommend the hotel as a good place to stay to explore Batumi.
