nice enjoyment to have this trip. the service is better and the environment is soft.

The entrance is creepy especially when u want to come at night and theres no proper sign and direction, and no tolerance to make cancellation and no tolerance to refund your right.

The water in the room was cut off in the middle of the night, and when we checked out, the two employees looked on and didn't help us carry our luggage. We moved it up and down the stairs several times, and there was no service at all.

The hotel is neat and clean and comfortable to stay. There are many simple things to do nearby, making it the perfect place to stay for a vacation.

The road to the resort is too narrow and damaged..but the workers at the resort service are very tiptop..the view at the resort is very interesting ..

It is very difficult to find. Generally, the hotel will contact you to pick it up after booking. Otherwise, you will find it for a long time. There is no signal on the mountain, and the hotel Wi-Fi is sufficient. The environment is okay. It was really gloomy at night. The wooden door of the toilet suddenly opened several times in the middle of the night. It really scared me so much that I couldn't sleep well all night. In fact, it should be caused by the loose wood. Very friendly. One thing to say, hygiene needs to be strengthened very much.

It is an Insta-friendly resort. I have taken many beautiful photos. However, I wish the resort can be maintained in a better way. Termite treatment shall be applied immediately to sustain the natural resort and facilities. It was observed that there was limited resources that the workers were multi-tasking as drivers, admin, waiters, cleaners and etc.

The ride up and down the hill from the main road was a challenge and an obstacle. We loved the jungle-like setting but the ride up and down the single lane toad forced us to cut our stay shorter.

Such a beautiful Balinese resort perched on a hill. I would describe this as Eden in a busy city. The hotel is equipped with several villas with different themes such as lily and jasmine. We really enjoyed this trip and are looking forward to the next exploration.

The place is very nice, the jungle environment with log cabins is very good, the swimming pool/room/bathroom/floor is clean, and the living room is equipped with a karaoke system. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't have anything to eat, they helped us buy KFC and eggs, and provided free white rice for frying. It's a great place to relax and escape the city. Take a steamboat ride with food and enjoy a barbecue with family and friends. The width of the road can only allow one car to pass, and it will be a bit scary if a car comes over from the other side. Downstairs rooms smell of jasmine and strong termite protection.
