"I recently stayed at Eureka Hotel Penang, and overall, the experience was below expectations. Service: The service was average—nothing particularly outstanding or memorable. Facilities: The parking system was quite inconvenient and costly, especially for multiple entries and overnight stays. In addition, the environment was rather noisy, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Cleanliness: This was the most disappointing aspect of the stay. The overall cleanliness was poor, and the toilet in particular was not properly cleaned(Urine Stain), which significantly affected the experience. Overall: There is room for improvement, particularly in cleanliness and facility management."

"This hotel is just over 6 kilometers from Penang Airport, making it very convenient for early morning flights. It takes about half an hour to get to George Town city center by taxi, and taxis in Malaysia aren't expensive, so getting around is quite easy. There are plenty of food options nearby, mainly Indian and Southeast Asian cuisine. If you're looking for Chinese restaurants, they're about a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was decent. Overall, I'd recommend it."

"The hotel's location near the airport with a complimentary airport shuttle service was a huge plus. We had an early flight at 7 AM the next day, and they checked us out at 4:50 AM and took us to the airport, saving us from the risk of being overcharged by a taxi. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant with reasonable prices; the coconut and stone pot chicken rice were quite good. There's a pool that's perfect for kids. The hotel also has a small courtyard with a mural wall that's great for photos. However, the room facilities are a bit dated. The large room I booked had a stained sofa. I'm not sure if it was perfume or an air freshener, but the scent in the room was a bit overwhelming and needs improvement."

"I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus."

The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious; we particularly loved the Ikan siakap tiga rasa, which is a must-try for anyone visiting. After our meal, we spent a relaxing afternoon by the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained, providing a great escape from the Penang heat. The location is also unbeatable for sightseeing. It is located very near to the Aquarium Tunku Abdul Rahman (Fisheries Department Research Institute), which made our morning outing so convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent local flavors and easy access to nearby attractions!”"
