Friendly and the best place..

The suite is wonderful and very convinient for us. Very relax suite. Juz oni 1 issue is the toilet smell but understd ths isn't easy to fix. Thank you very much for the wonderful place for us to sty.

Location, and service was good.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for a few days, and overall, my experience was very satisfying. From the moment I arrived until check-out, the service provided by the hotel staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and clearly explained the available facilities. The hotel's location is also one of its main advantages. It's strategically located and easily accessible. There are various amenities nearby, such as restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls, and public transportation stations. This made my travels much easier, as I didn't have to spend a lot of time moving from one location to another. The room provided was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. As soon as I entered the room, I felt a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The bed was very soft, ensuring quality sleep throughout my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning worked well, the room lighting was adequate, and the interior design looked modern and neat. Amenities such as a television, safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and Wi-Fi connection were also provided and in good condition. The hotel's cleanliness standards were also very satisfying. The bathroom was always clean, the floors were well-maintained, and toiletries were fully stocked. The towels provided were clean and regularly changed by housekeeping. I also found common areas like the lobby, corridors, and elevators to be consistently neat and well-maintained. Regarding food, the breakfast provided had a fairly diverse selection. There were local and international dishes suitable for various tastes. Food was always replenished, and the restaurant staff consistently ensured the dining area was clean. The food taste was also satisfying and of good quality. Although there were some menu items that could be improved, overall, the dining experience at this hotel was good. Other facilities provided also added value to my stay. The swimming pool was clean and suitable for the whole family. The fitness center was also equipped with sufficient basic equipment for daily workouts. Furthermore, the stable internet access made it easy for me to handle work and connect with family and friends throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the hotel staff's willingness to help. All my inquiries and requests were handled quickly and professionally. They demonstrated a high level of customer service and always strived to ensure guests felt comfortable throughout their stay. However, there were a few minor things that could be improved. These included somewhat long elevator wait times during peak hours and slightly limited parking options when the hotel was full. Nevertheless, these issues did not significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The combination of a strategic location, comfortable rooms, high cleanliness standards, good food, and friendly service from the staff makes this hotel an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family, friends, and anyone looking for comfortable and quality accommodation. If I have the opportunity in the future, I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Very good accommodation, the location is very convenient, downstairs is food count, we are also very close to spice anera . The landlord is very good at leaking the washbasin, and it will be repaired the next day. One disadvantage is that there is only one parking space 😇
