I had a pleasant stay at Iconic Marjorie Hotel during my business trip. The hotel offers a modern and comfortable environment that’s perfect for both work and relaxation. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a good workspace. The location is convenient, making it easy to travel to business meetings and nearby attractions. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the overall facilities were well maintained. I would definitely recommend Iconic Marjorie Hotel to fellow business travelers looking for a comfortable, convenient, and value-for-money stay in Penang.

Had an amazing stay! Clean and comfortable room, excellent service, great location, and well-maintained facilities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again.

The hotel is a bit old, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was so noisy it made it hard to get a good night's sleep. However, there are lots of food stalls nearby, and it's very close to Queensbay Mall, which is a plus. I mainly want to commend Raymon (the young man with glasses) at the front desk. He went out of his way to help me, a foreigner, when I didn't have enough cash for a food delivery, and even asked if I needed cutlery. I'm very grateful for his help! Because of him, I'd still trust this hotel for my next business trip.

This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

I stayed here for 4days 3night and extended my stay here for one more day. The breakfast for the last day is the most delicious which has bread pudding, creampuff, omelette and nasi lemak. The water pressure in bathroom sink for room 146 is low.

The location is quite convenient for getting around, but unfortunately, the room had a damp smell that was really unpleasant. The pillows were also terrible, making it hard to sleep, and they smelled bad. Luckily, the bathroom hygiene was decent. I hope they improve these issues.

I really like this hotel because it feels very cozy—just like being at home. During my first stay, I booked for 2 nights, and I enjoyed it so much that I came back the following month for 4 nights. Whenever I travel for work, this hotel is always my top choice to stay.

At this price point, it's fantastic value for money. I'd definitely return. Although the location is a bit far from GT, I would still consider it for future stays as it's not far from the commercial area, and transportation is decent.

The location is very convenient to access to convenience stores and eaters. However the cleanliness and exhaust ventilation of the hotel need to be improved and at least one receptionist should be around and not ask customer to call upon check-in or check-out
