Sseesaw80The accommodation environment is excellent, and you can add on the hotel breakfast, which is also fantastic. There are also snacks available in the hotel lobby where you can sit and enjoy them. The breakfast is very generous with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. It's a highly recommended stay for business trips, offering great value for money.

AamirhmzhOverall, the 3‑bedroom executive suite at Rumahku was spacious and comfortable, making it a good choice for families or groups. The layout and amenities were generally satisfactory, and the stay was pleasant in many respects.
However, there were two issues that affected the experience:
• The dryer was not working properly, which caused inconvenience.
• I found a cockroach at the extra bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness.

RRonin tanI was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city.
The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities.
The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

GGuest UserEverything was okay, but we got a room where the air conditioning was slow to cool down. We turned on the AC right after check-in, but it only started feeling cool when we returned to the room at 2 AM. Even then, we only felt the AC strongly when we were on the bed. The hotel staff checked the AC twice – once in the evening and once when we were out. When we came back at 2 AM, the hotel offered to switch us to another room. However, the AC in that other room also took a long time to cool, so we decided to just stay in the same room for our one-night stay.

Decent Location: Centrally situated in George Town, making it relatively convenient to access nearby street food and local heritage sites.
Cons:
Terrible Soundproofing: The most frustrating part of the stay was the complete lack of noise isolation. You can hear virtually everything from adjacent rooms and the hallway—talking, TV noise, and doors slamming late into the night. Sleeping comfortably was nearly impossible.
Cramped Rooms: The room size is extremely tight. There is barely enough space to open a large suitcase flat, and the layout feels restrictive and claustrophobic.
Paid Parking: Unlike many hotels that offer complimentary guest parking, here you have to pay out of pocket for parking spaces, which adds unnecessary extra cost to an already underwhelming stay.
Verdict:
Unless you are on an extremely tight budget and plan to spend zero time resting in your room, it is hard to recommend. The lack of basic sleep quality and added parking hassle mean there are far better hotel choices nearby for the same price point.

The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable bedding, and the location is very convenient. Overall, the quality is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

AAnonymous UserNo pictures to share. The location is very good and easy to find. The lounge area is spacious but only has two chairs. The carpet isn't clean enough to sit on. The bathroom is okay, but the toilet isn't clean, and no slippers were provided for the toilet. The pump was broken. The bedsheets and towels smelled sour, as if they hadn't been dried properly. In my opinion, the cube sleeping area is only suitable for small people. Check-in and check-out were easy. Information from the owner was very fast and accurate.
