OOnlypinkyThe whole is like home ～ with water dispensers, balconies, steamer, washing machines, etc.
It is also very convenient to go anywhere, and the toilet in the living room of the room is also well taken care of! And also prepare laundry pods🥹
Each switch is also very intimate with a sticker, so customers will not mix the lights and fans 😍
And the host is also very good, and the customer's message will be answered soon and they are also enthusiastic to help people ～

AAnonymous UserAlll satisfied (including online services from the host) except the issue with parking RFID Card which was annoying because of malfunctioned during my stays.
I have to call upon either operator or personnel who worked nearby (at parking's gate) to open the barrier gate happened everytime I went out for my meeting with stakeholders or during foodies hunt.
However, to be fair, overalll, I still recommend this place (Setia Tri Suite by Homey Planet) to everyone. Kind host.
**A small space for improvement is the rising issue (RFID Card not detected) will be resolved very soon.

Ddzulhaimi zainal abidinAs we entered the unit at 9.00 pm due to last minute bookings, the unit was clean and tidy. Even though the hall's air conditioning is sweezing but well functioning. Overall, we are happy for the stay and very highly recommended for family or friends with 3-6 person as they provide 2 single beds, 1 double decker and 1 queen bed. Ample space at hall attached with the dining table. Further more, the unit located at the very next elevators, less worrying when we get in and out at night especially. Easy to get various foods and basic stuff and there are clinics and self-laundry down stairs. We will surely looking forward for the next visit.

From the moment I arrived until check-out, the service provided by the hotel staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and clearly explained the available facilities.
The hotel's location is also one of its main advantages. It's strategically located and easily accessible. There are various amenities nearby, such as restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls, and public transportation stations. This made my travels much easier, as I didn't have to spend a lot of time moving from one location to another.
The room provided was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. As soon as I entered the room, I felt a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The bed was very soft, ensuring quality sleep throughout my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning worked well, the room lighting was adequate, and the interior design looked modern and neat. Amenities such as a television, safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and Wi-Fi connection were also provided and in good condition.
The hotel's cleanliness standards were also very satisfying. The bathroom was always clean, the floors were well-maintained, and toiletries were fully stocked. The towels provided were clean and regularly changed by housekeeping. I also found common areas like the lobby, corridors, and elevators to be consistently neat and well-maintained.
Regarding food, the breakfast provided had a fairly diverse selection. There were local and international dishes suitable for various tastes. Food was always replenished, and the restaurant staff consistently ensured the dining area was clean. The food taste was also satisfying and of good quality. Although there were some menu items that could be improved, overall, the dining experience at this hotel was good.
Other facilities provided also added value to my stay. The swimming pool was clean and suitable for the whole family. The fitness center was also equipped with sufficient basic equipment for daily workouts. Furthermore, the stable internet access made it easy for me to handle work and connect with family and friends throughout my stay.
What I appreciated most was the hotel staff's willingness to help. All my inquiries and requests were handled quickly and professionally. They demonstrated a high level of customer service and always strived to ensure guests felt comfortable throughout their stay.
However, there were a few minor things that could be improved. These included somewhat long elevator wait times during peak hours and slightly limited parking options when the hotel was full. Nevertheless, these issues did not significantly impact my overall experience.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The combination of a strategic location, comfortable rooms, high cleanliness standards, good food, and friendly service from the staff makes this hotel an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family, friends, and anyone looking for comfortable and quality accommodation. If I have the opportunity in the future, I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe landlord was very nice. Since it's an apartment, the check-in process is a little different from a hotel, so he explained every detail and precaution in detail before our arrival, making our check-in process smooth.
Location: Not far from the airport, about a 10-minute taxi ride.
Room: Very spacious, with a kitchen, washing machine, water dispenser, etc. Great value for money!
