Service, food, rooms, Lobi, staff, everything is excellent 🥰

Excellent hotel and service. Very modern looking. However it is away from most shops and the tourist sites. You will have to use taxi every time. Try staying within Fatih area. This hotel is in Byrampasa which is further away from Fatih. Fatih is the area where all the shops, grand bazaar, blue mosque etc are found.

5 yıldızlı otel olmasına rağmen çalısanlar misafirlere resmi değil ve güler yüz sıfır.. ayriyeten yatağımdaki çarşaf yırttıktı daha dikkatli olmaları lazim.

The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a great fitness center and spa on site. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

People at the welcome desk were very nice, when walking to the lift the people the salons always said hello

We are in a so-called five star hotel but nowhere near it’s a five star hotel, all stars should be taking away this hotel only deserves one star. First time ever in my entire life I’ve been asked fee for an ice, of course I refused it and sent it back. Staff are very unprofessionally. This isn’t five star hotel, full stop.
