酒店環境很好，辦事效率高，早餐好吃，房間乾淨，保潔阿姨熱心～ 唯一就是今天早上的前台小姐姐，不知道你是上早班怨氣大還是什麼？早上去前台借傘一副不耐煩的樣子，説了房間號，又再一次確認的問我一遍，語氣非常不好！！！我又不欠你的！旁邊有高考的妹妹們很有禮貌的叫你姐姐讓借一把傘，你也是一副討人厭的表情，不想上班可以辭職，撒氣在別人身上幹什麼？ 整體來説住了4天體驗感非常非常的好，前幾天有什麼事情打電話給前台都非常快的來處理，每天都會送不同的水果和酸奶～保潔阿姨當天都會詢問需不需要打掃衞生。酒店的枕頭也特別好睡，一切都非常棒（除開今早的前台）該誇的地方大誇特誇！ 下次回老家還會住！！！

The decorations and structure of the entire hotel was absolutly stunning. Thoughtful touches and high quality materials can be seen in all the little details. The hotel would've received a 5 star. However, the hotel restaurant experience was a complete nightmare. The boss at the restaurant was rude and had no customer service at all. The first morning, he said the only thing available for breakfast was noodle. I explained to him that I cannot have noodles because of my allergy. Could he please make a simple rice dish, he said no. I had to plead with him to make some food for us. He reluctantly went into the kitchen and what he made can only be described as slob for pigs. If a hotel allows guests to smoke, then do a good job of cleaning. Second, the front desk did not inform the cafeteria breakfast time, and it was over when I called the next day. In addition, I scanned every corner of the hotel in camera mode, and then found a purple red spot with the camera image in the lower right corner of the air conditioning panel in the room.
