We went for our annual church convention. Breakfast was ok, would probably give it a 3 out of 5. Front desk staff: Ms Linda, Tae, Naeosha, and Shavauagh were very pleasant and treated my husband and I well without complaints. Ms Sunshine from the kitchen, is very welcoming and personable. If she's not there, I'd rather not stay and eat. It's always a pleasure to be in her company. We were in room 224, and that area is very noisy. Stairwell yelling, door slamming at all his of the day and night, with excessive noise late night. We were offered the 6th floor, but declined.... now I wish we had taken it. Otherwise, all went well and we will return.

Stayed here for several days after coming to Cleveland for the eclipse. Very pleased with this hotel, rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, and it was really a nice neighborhood hotel. Staff was friendly -- special thanks to Sunshine at the breakfast buffet for making all customers feel like they were being welcomed into her home dining room.

I only stayed for one night but I must acknowledge the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely pleasant.
I really enjoyed Ms. Sunshine at breakfast. She takes pride in her job and makes sure to greet everyone in the morning. It felt just like home.
The ladies is housekeeping were EXCEPTIONAL as well. Brany and Brittani were amazing. They do a phenominal job.
Keira(sp) went above and beyond at check in. We wanted to find a place to eat nearby and made great recomendations.
Overall a great place to stay and although I was there for leisure, I would definitely recommend for business travel due to the wonderful staff. 5STARS!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Got a room with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Even had a kitchenette. The room was very spacious and clean. Every employee we encountered was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi were great. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. And the hotel was very quiet. We heard no noise at all during the night or even much during the day. Very highly recommended.

Everything was first class. Only draw back was the air freshner diffuser that made it very difficult to breathe.
