Rooms need updating bathroom floor and grout dirty looking furniture damaged and worn Room rate was too much for conditions it seems like they are trying to make up from Covid it’s ok to charge however you have too give the customers what they are paying for and then some being a Hilton honors member doesn’t really get you anything but a couple bottles of water lol !!!!!!!

Great hotel, definitely my favorite hotel in Cleveland. Excellent customer service with super friendly yet incredibly professional staff. Cannot wait to experience how Lit it will once Covid is over.

This is a quite hotel. I haven't ordered a meal from here, however I appreciate the dish and silverware they are able to loan out to guests. The room itself is cleaned and sanitized well just like it was last time. You can plug your laptop into the TV. This isn't my first time coming back and I would come back again.

NEVER STAY HERE. Not only is this hotel dirty, the staff is rude, condescending and absolutely nasty. Checked in for a work trip and went up to the room where we found mold in the shower. When I turned on the sink to wash my face the water came out yellow. My coworker and I expressed our concerns to the front desk and asked for a new room or a refund. The woman working the counter, Leslie, answered her cell phone and told us to wait a minute before helping us so she could talk to her friend. She then refused to address our situation. She stuck her hand in my face numerous times, cut me off and essentially told me that we could just be without water so we should be pleased with what we have! Apparently there was a water main break that they neglected to tell us about at check in. Needless to say we promptly cancelled our reservation and will be staying at a different hotel. Never again will I give my money to ANY choice hotel specifically because of my terrible experience with how this situation was handled. I work in customer service and 100% understand that this issue was not her fault but the way she handled the situation put such a bad taste in my mouth that I recommend that you don’t waste your time and pay the extra few bucks to stay at different place with better customer service, clean rooms and water that you won’t contract lead poisoning from. Also check out some other reviews on google to read about someone else’s experience at this same hotel with gnats and dirty bathrooms!

This was a great place to stay! Prior to going I had some questions and I talked to Jenna the Assistant Manager. She was very helpful and reassuring. Upon check in, Asia was so friendly and kind! She made us feel welcome. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and I loved the bath products. There are many good restaurants and lots of good shopping nearby. On check out we found the young man at the desk to also be very warm and friendly. Turns out he was Andrew the manager! We thanked him for a good stay and said we will definitely be back!

The city center is too crowded, it is convenient to go anywhere here, go to the center of Cleveland and the Chinese supermarket Chinese restaurant gathering area for about 15 minutes, covered by a quilt is not a blanket.
