Not a good choice for kids as the rooms are very small and old. Not very clean and the breakfast is very poor compared to the money paid.

Staff was great, but property feels very dated and in need of renovations. Breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. But overall ok if only for getting some rest. Bed was comfortable.

We did not stay as planned. This has never happened in all our travels to Ohio however the hotel room was in poor shape as well as out dated. Torn carpet, very small fridge, out of order safe for storing valuables. The room was not clean; dirty bed skirt and unacceptable conditions. Customer service deteriorated when room conditions were reported.

We visit Ohio frequently to see family. We have stayed at the Clarion off and on over the years because the price is good. It seems to improve and then backslides. The good - it is clean and our rooms were always ready for us; the people are friendly and helpful. The bad: last month the English muffins in the breakfast room were hard as rocks. The breakfast attendant told us that there was nothing wrong with the muffins. There was little choice - there were no bagels available. Milk for coffee was also only available in larger containers and only at breakfast. During the day, you had to use artificial creamers. This month - there was no regular coffee ready at 8:00 in the morning!! There were also no coffee cups. People were milling about waiting and waiting. We noticed that after their last renovation that the toilets were installed about 2-3 inches higher than normal. Not good.
